Dr. Zuser is the most caring, compassionate and intelligent PCP I have ever had. She never rushes anyone seeking her advice. If there were more than 5 stars, she would get them from me!!

The doctor and her staff are the best. The care they gave us during my husbands final months did not go unnoticed. I have not been able to properly thank them due to the significant grief I have been going through. We have had this team for our primary care for years. Thank you for all you do on a daily basis. I switched to her about 2 years ago from a long time dr I had before which I really did like but certain reasons is why I left. I have seen her 3 times, twice for my physical and once for something else (for concerns I had) I explained to her I had some health anxiety after an experience I had with my first pregnancy and I figured she would a little more understanding of my concerns and take more time to discuss them with me instead of just rushing me and saying ok, try this and that and we check back up in 6 weeks. I hate when drs don’t ask you if you have anything else to talk about. They just finish up with you and move on the the next patient. Im so tired of it and I just want a dr who is more understanding, talks with you about certain solutions that would be beneficial for you as the patient. Not rush you out. Overall, she isn’t a bad dr but I think she is just OK in my opinion, that’s it. I might do some digging and look for someone who is a better fit for me in the near future. I have to say I’m really surprised to see all the other reviewers say she takes her time to listen and answers all of your questions. Half the time I feel she dodges mine. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Zuser by our old friends. We are absolutely fortunate we met this amazing human being. Dr. Zuser saved my husband's life. This woman went above and beyond to get to the bottom of his health issues. Amazing doctor who really understands his patients and truly wants to see them healthy. All office staff is kind and professional. I would definitely rate higher if that was an option. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Zuser by our old friends. Wonderful doctor , very caring takes time to listen and address concerns/issues. Have had dr Zuser as primary care MD for about 15 years .

Dr. Zuser is so knowledgeable and explains conditions thoroughly. She listens intently and makes sure you understand everything about your visit. She is a genuine and caring person.

Just don't go here, the office manager is rude and unless you have minimal health issues, only have to go once a year for a physical. Or your elderly and just get checkups for your little colds or refills for meds. She gets frazzled and aggitated if you take too much time or ask too many questions. If you like to just be coddled and oh you poor dear she's for you. Absolutely hates any type of paperwork, so if you ever have to take FMLA or long term disability forget it. I was highly recommended to this doctor. I was very excited to meet her because I heard great things. I called wanting to be a new patient. They said that they are accepting new patients but that I would need to change my insurance and inform them where I was going for primary care. I did that. After calling for 2 weeks with no response I finally got someone who told me they couldn't accept anyone else with my insurance. 2 weeks after they said they would accept me as a patient if I changed it. I'm going to the newspapers and local news stations now. I'm stuck with this insurance and have nowhere else to go now. I have a disability and I need to see a doctor. great family doctor for many years

I have been seeing Dr Zuser as my primary care physician for about 10 years now. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor I ever met. She will spend as much time with you as you need to answer all your questions unlike most doctors nowadays. Very professional and knows her stuff. Love her team she works with as well.

Dr. Zuser is extremely thorough and compasionate; you couldn't find a better doctor.

Responsive caring and most importantly, She listens...and I don't like going to the doctor normally, but she is great.
