Dr. Kristyn Pistone

After almost a year of chronic heal pain I got orthotics and couldn't be happier. Just in time to coach a group of 11-12 year old's again without limping. Very professional staff.

It was far better than I expected. Amazed that as soon as the callus was removed there was absolutely no pain around the site, even when I first stood up and walked.

Got a new set of inserts to help stabilize surgically repaired left foot bunion. So pleased with the elliviation of calluses and comfort.

I had a slip & fall accident on January 31, 2021 and my injury was an Open Toe Fracture. The ER Doctor suggested I go see Dr. Pistone for follow up, which I did. I did require surgery to remove the toenail and some bones. All went well, pre-op, post-op and follow up office visits. I highly recommend Dr. Pistone and her entire staff are extremely professional, detailed, good communicator, pleasant and friendly.

Top notch . Extremely patient and thorough. She explained what and how she was looking for and explored the best options. I highly recommend.

I saw dr pistone for bunion treatment. SHE SAID I HAD FLAT FEET. IMMEDIATELY HER ASSISTANT/SALESPERSON CAME IN WITH SHOES TO SELL ME!! of course my husband would do anything she said so he bought them. I HAVE SEEN AN DR. THAT CLEARLY SAID I DO NOT HAVE FLAT FEET ! Pistone then said i needed Special inserts for my shoes $500.00 CASH INSURANCE DOESNT COVER. DURING THE MOLDING she said , "just so you know this will not help bunions"!!?? What? NOW NO ONE WILL TAKE MY Call. Refused refund!!!!!!

This was the most unprofessional doctors apt I have ever had. I have never seen a doctor act this way to any patient. I have never seen a doctor slam the door in any patients face. She wants to do x-rays and surgeries on everyone that walks in the door when it is not needed. Just wants to charge the patient for pay off her loans and this practice she just opened. I will never refer anybody to see her.

I was given an appointment the day I called, which was very convenient. I was treated well and I am satisfied with my treatment.

Dr. Pistone is caring and has a wide knowledge base. Her staff is friendly and accomodating. Great place to get your feet tended to when they're bothering you!

Our family has been treated for many years by Dr. Pistone. Always kind, caring and gentle (good for the kids)!

I highly recommend Dr. Pistone and her staff. When I called the office I was appointed quickly. Her business office staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Pistone is extremely knowledgable and kind. She makes a thorough diagnosis and explains treatment options clearly. Her assistants are highly trained in radiology and treatment modalities. The Foot Center is also source for orthotics and footwear so you can leave the office with everything you need to restore your feet to health.

It was a very pleasant experience from the call to make my appointment to the arrival at the office meeting the staff and being helped by the doctor. The building is a new building at a very easy location to get to. Every one was concern about helping me get past my foot problems. from the time I walked into the office until I left was less then 90 minutes

I was able to get an appt same day as I was notified about a cancellation. All the personnel that I dealt with were very nice and accommodating. The new office was very comfortable and conveniently located. My experience with Dr. Pistone was very pleasant.

It was nice to see a Doctor who listens and is very through.

Excellent experience. Got custom orthotics for my shoes. They are so comfortable. I wish I went there sooner. Very clean and super friendly staff. Dr. Pistone is very nice and knowleable and I wouldn't go anywhere but to her. Best foot doctor that I've been to. My mother also gets her toenails done there and she loves Dr. Pistone.

I have been going to Dr. Pistone for a few years now. I find her and the office staff on top of their game. They are serious about their work and patients. When you need to get a quick appointment they will do their best to get you in asap. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great staff, knowledgable....went there with foot pain and I was send home orthotics. Now I feel great. The office is beautiful and clean.

Had an appointment but was called to see if I could come in later... and I said NO.. so they said okay .. come in at 9:15... was there at 9:10--ask the medical assistant is the Doctor in and she told me ---she is downstairs.... so waited 10 minutes and walked.. out to the receptionist area and asked .. Is the Doctor here? and was told.. she is coming she had an emergency at the hospital.. SO WHEN THEY CALLED ME WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST RESCH THE APPOINTMENT --...

Donna, Chelsea, and Dr.Pistone were all courteous, professional, and informative. All concerned made me feel at ease. I have been working as a healthcare professional for 9 years and as a customer service professional for over 20 years prior to that. I know what excellent service is. I had excellent service! Also, the office is immaculate.

I was very impressed with my experience at Dr. Kristyn Pistone?s office.The office is very clean and organized, Donna gave me paper work ahead of time and made sure my insurance was accepted there. Dr. Kristyn Pistone was very knowledgeable, confident, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment! I would highly recommend her.My two boys, 9 and 10, went and the office was great with children as well! Great Doctor
