Very fast and efficient and friendly. All Dr's should be this punctual!

Great doctor

Clean, efficient, they have a great plan for moving patients to rooms.

They are a great office. When I can’t get in with the first doctor requested they make sure I can get in with another.

Dr. Egiesee was able to accommodate a last minute request and relieved me from a bad soar throat for another night. Thank you Dr. Appreciate you taking the the time.

I have never felt more comfortable in my 61 years of life with a care provider. I felt like I am going to get the care I deserve.

I’ve nothing but an amazing experience having Dr. Egelsee as my primary care doctor not only is a great guy he cared about his patients plus all the staff there are great I would highly recommend Dr. Egelsee to anybody who’s looking for a good family care physician

Fantastic doctor. Really listens to you and works with you to figure out a care plan that is right for you! Highly recommend.

I’m very grateful with Dr Luis. Him and his staff they treat me really good. I’m usually nervous about going to the Doctor. But, it was so easy going. Thank you very much!.

Dr. Egelsee was very kind and patient with my elderly mom. He has excellent bedside manner and is quite knowledgeable. The best part is he speaks Spanish and is always able to reassure her in her native language. I highly recommend him!

Initial visit, first time. So far, so good. Doc is personable, He explains things, Whereas, previously, I had just the opposite. ????????????

Dr. Eglesee is a great dr.. He is kind, compassionate. He listens to his pts & their family's concerns. He is considerate. The staff at the reception desk are always polite & helpful. I would recommend this dr. to anyone who needs a family dr. In Leander, Cedar Park or N. Austin area.

Had a great visit, as always. Dr. Egelsee and his wonderful assistant do a great job answering all my questions and getting my referrals set up.

Staff was fantastic I brought in the wrong insurance card both were old ones, and they looked it up for me no issues, and found the new group#! And as always Dr. Egelsee is so nice and understanding. Never judges you for googling too much, or your hair brained ideas of what might be wrong, because it’s what you feel or read! I’d recommend him to all my family if they lived close to me! The man is great doctor period! He listens to what you have to say! He’s got great bedside manner! And he’s always been right on with my health! If you EVER need a doctor try him you won’t be disappointed

I needed to be seen quickly, and they were able to fit me in, same day. I was seen promptly upon arrival, and Dr Egelsee didn’t make me feel rushed, answered all my questions and showed genuine concern in making his recommendations. Great experience.

Personnel is very professional and service oriented. Well trained.

Dr. Egelsee was great. Listened to all my concerns and explained everything to me clearly.

The Dr’s in this facility are excellent and takes care of their patients, how ever the supporting staff is pathetic and very irresponsible. My appointment with the dr was at 8:30 AM and it took 15 min to see the dr and that reasonably. How ever for the blood work I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. This is not acceptable and they need to value others time as well. Didn't address all my problems. Really wanted to find a permanent doctor whom I don't have to tell what things I haven't had done in a while. One who actually reads my chart. Haven't heard from cardiologist he referred me to. When I told of jaw infection, he told me to go back to dentist who sent me to doctor for antibiotics. I cant afford to go back and forth to doctors and dentists! I'm on Medicare and a fixed income! Hate doctors who pass the buck! Spend more time with patients. I'm gonna try Higginbotham next, she was highly recommended. Hope so... Didn't address all my problems.
