You always feel rushed during your appointment he makes you feel like he's not interested in your problems not sympathetic at all very uncaring spends more time on his laptop than actually looking at the patient and talking. My husband and I are both extremely unhappy with the office and the doctor trying so hard to find a new one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carreiro for over 20 years. He has been the best Primary Care Physician I've had and wouldn't change. He always listens, gives his advice and diagnosis, and if needed has access to the best Specialist in the area. Don't let the negative reviews turn you away just because someone had a hard time with the RECEPTIONIST, that has nothing to do with Dr. Carreiro. By far the worst doctor and even worse front desk staff. Dr Carreiro rushes thru the appointment to point you forget what you were there for. The front desk staff is the least accommodating I have ever seen on top of just being flat out nasty.

Dr. Carreiro is fantastic. He is personal, knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, and has literally saved my life by diagnosing both cancer and heart problems, during different annual exams. I have been seeing him for 30 years, and will go 30 more, God willing. A truly excellent doctor and a fine man.

Excellent. He has literally saved my life twice after annual visits. First time, he detected a prostate problem, which turned out to be cancer, and another time detected a heart issue, when I went to a specialist, was admitted 2weeks later for a double bypass and a valve replacement. Have been seeing him for 30 years. He his friendly, knowledgeable and a fantastic doctor. Ps, get your annual exams..

Suffered for years with back problem that he wouldn’t address resulted in back surgery and permanent nerve damage. In 20 years he never once returned a phone call or email personally. Most recently diagnosed me with whiplash from a car accident but did not document it in his notes so i could not get a referral when he went on vacation. Absolutely awful practice. Stay away if you want real healthcare. All about how they can charge the insurance company more money.

Tried to call this office and was put on hold for 7 minutes, the whoever picked up the extension placed me back on hold for another 4 minutes. Clearly they don't respect their patient's time.

I find it very easy to get an appointment, and like the new walk-in urgent care they have in the same building. Dr. Carreiro is nice, greets you with a smile, and listens to what you are saying.

Dr.Carreiro has been my Dr. for a long time.He has always been prompt,kind ,honest with me about my questions,patient and keeps up with my health and health issues very thoroughly. His staff is amazing and very on top of things and caring as well.Thank you Dr.Carreiro and staff

Dr. Luis Carreiro has been my physician for nearly 20 years and has provided valuable, trusted advise over the years given my many unfortunate needs to visit his office.

horrible would come in and leave within two minutes and not even look at you while he was typing the whole time. Wouldn't give mea referral to a surgeon said I didn't need surgery. I got a new doctor and had found out I need major back surgery after years of pain that Doctor Carrerio wouldn't address. Happy to be out of there

Dr. Carreiro has been my doctor for over 16 years. I still travel from Rhode Island and the Cape for appointments. He demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism and skill while also showing the caring that everyone would desire from their doctor. Additionally, he saved my life by being thorough and taking the time necessary to notice the details.

I called them for reschedule my appoinment, she said , NO this is the earliest appoinment we have. She doesnt even check the availability. Please be patient lady..where are u going? You are getting salary for giving answers to Dr's patients. Dr. Luise is great..Doctor please advice your receptonist to be patient,otherwise you are going to loose your patients!!!!
