Dr. Lois Wagstrom

I'm not one to normally add reviews BUT I felt I needed to post MY EXPERIENCE for possible future patients of Dr. Lois Wagstrom. Summer of 2019 I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Wagstrom re: a breast lift/augmentation. I had not fully decided on the doctor and/or procedure. I initially spoke to her nurse, Katie, and then met with Dr. Wagstrom. After talking to the doctor we were directed to Katie's office and at that point I felt a little "pushed" into making the decision that day but I allowed things to move forward....3 surgeries and an excruciatingly painful in-office procedure later my chest looked horrible. At each appointment I brought up my areas of concern but was told by the doctor basically, more than once, that my expectations were unrealistic. After 3 years of the situation getting worse and never better, I decided to see another doctor. The cost for corrective surgery was approximately what I paid for all 3 prior surgeries. I emailed Dr. Wagstrom and explained this and requested she consider paying at least half of this surgery. She didn't even give me the courtesy of a response. She knew at that point I had no legal recourse. So to say I was disgusted is an understatement. I would say do your research but I felt I did to no avail. On a side note...Katie became rude after a period of time as if I was a bother.

I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Wagstrom and they whole experience was wonderful. Her staff is so caring and just great to work with. I am so happy with my results!!

I had Dr. Wagstrom a few years ago for a breast reduction. I loved her. She was kind and very informative. I know it's been a few years and I wanted to make sure I shared my experience. I am happy with my breasts. My back is happy as well. Also, the staff was also so professional and caring. My experience was always positive for every appointment to include the surgery. I highly recommend her.

I recently had bilateral upper and lower eye lid blepharoplasties by Dr. Wagstrom and could not be more pleased! Everyone in her office was kind, professional and courteous. Dr. Wagstrom answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I left the consult feeling informed and well prepared for my procedure. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction at the same time with Doctor Wagstrom and could not be MORE pleased with the results. It has been over 10 years ago and I am still so glad I went to her to have this done. I have had one other procedure with her and have recommended many folks to go and see Doc. Lipo & tummy tuck not what it was cracked up to be. Be Careful out there. Do your research!

She is so kind and so is her staff. They are lovely and make you feel special and at ease. They are amazing. I had bilateral mastectomy’s following breast cancer and many years later had a ruptured implant and she took care of this for me. Well pleased with her office and her abilities.

I have so much confidence in Dr Wagstrom. I have consulted with her several times this year about overall skin removal and tightening up after a large weight loss. She is very personable, as are her nurses and office staff. She inspires confidence with her knowledge and experience. I am just a week and a half post thigh lift, significant tummy tuck, and breast lift with implants but not enhancement (my preference). She has done an incredible job and is keeping a close eye on things by office visits. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr Wagstrom for many years and am happy to give her a 5 star rating. She is highly skilled as a surgeon and has built a very talented team of professionals starting with Vickie who greets you at the reception area and Carol Sullivan - her lead nurse who has done wonders for my face! I have the convenience of going to their West End office or to their satellite office in Hendersonville. I would not trust any other practice for cosmetic procedures or surgery.

I have had positive results with the doctor. I've had 3 moles removed and I love my new look!

April 19,1995. I was 13. I still had my whole life ahead of me. I was in a bad wreck and my face hit the windshield. I was unrecognizable. I woke up with 200 stitches in my face, including 100 in my lip alone. It was a Wednesday and apparently Dr Wagstrom was at the Hospital in my town on Wednesdays. I remember hospital employees saying how lucky I was that it was a Wednesday. At the time, I didn’t feel very lucky. But today, looking back and looking at my minimally scarred face, I realize how much worse it could have been. Dr Wagstrom did a phenomenal job on my facial surgery. I grew up and went through my teen years, the years we all struggle with some aspect of our appearance, and never thought anything about the scars on my face. It could have been so much worse. I'm 6-weeks post op breast lift with small implants, tummy tick with muscle repair, and some lipo contouring. I'm 48, 5'5", 160 pounds. I had lost 50 pounds and needed skin removed and wanted some fullness in my breasts. From consult to today, I am completely happy with my experience with Dr. Wagstrom and her caring staff. My incisions are straight and beautiful. My stomach is FLAT and beautiful. My breasts are full and beautiful. I can't wait to shop for clothes!

Dr. Wagstrom is the GOAT!!! She is a healthcare official with an abundance of experience. I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Wagstrom by a patient she performed the same procedure on 20 yrs ago. Extremely satisfied with my end results and would recommend her EXPERTISE to anyone!!!

Great results and very nice doctor and staff.

I had a great experience with Lois Wagstrom and everyone in her office! I had lost over 115lbs and I received a tummy and thigh tuck, I love my results!

I had a tummy tuck done by Dr Wagstrom and I couldn't be more pleased. I did have lots of questions and Dr Wagstrom and her staff were very patient in answering all my questions. The actual surgery went very smoothly and my recovery was faster than expected. I have been back for several followup visits and have been treated very well. The actual results were amazing. That roll of skin that I could never get away with is gone forever, the swelling is completely gone, and the scar is great.

I would expect a provider with this level of experience to provide her patients with true information. I was told false information and told the FDA found 'no' correlation between breast implants and symptoms of illness. However the FDA website clearly states there are many reports of this and the data was 'insufficient'. Happy to report I am breast implant free and nearly fully recovered from my many symptoms caused by silicone migration-(despite non-ruptured implants)

They were all amazing I'm so glad she was who I chose. I would recommend family and friends to see her she was great....

Dr Wagstrom and staff are amazing. I was immediately greeted by Vickie and Amber. Went in for a consult for a tummy tuck, I am a Registed Nurse and she is my first choice. I will be having the procedure done in January and I am beyond excited. Carol did my Botox and did exactly as I requested. Very professional and thorough. She made me comfortable throughout the consult and the injection of the Botox. I highly recommend Dr Wagstrom for a skilled, caring and ethical Plastic Surgeon.

Extremely pleased. Breast reduction, lift & 450cc implants. They look awesome.

Dr Wagstrom and her staff are amazing ! I feel so confident with Dr Wagstrom. She is a talented and caring surgeon.Her staff are so supportive and professional.
