Half the time impossible to get an emergency appointment, and they don't call back.

I am pleased with their services, prompt call returns, and personal care. Southwestern Medical Clinic is a Lakeland Health Affiliate and operates with a strong humanitarian vision for the underserved. I strongly recommend this health clinic.

Dr. Lello is one of the best doctors! My son loves her and feels comfortable with her. He is always excited to see her. She is always explains things in details. We are very grateful that our son is one of her patients.

Very caring and helpful. When we moved out of state, she continued to help us make the transition to a new pediatrician easy.
