Great service, friendly staff, wonderful hygienist and I always feel I am receiving excellent care. Dr. Price is a perfectionist, I have been receiving dental care at his office for twenty years.

Today was our first visit ... the doctor was very understanding and very proficient..the assistants were realy nice ..my kids loved it there ...I'll recommend it to everyone

I had a bad experience at another office and because of that hadn't been to the dentist in year. My teeth have gotten really bad & painful and I couldn't take it anymore. This was my new office so I made an appointment. I told them about the pain and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I didn't expect to get anything done today, just a game plan and maybe some antibotics. I was overjoyed when Dr. Price told me he had a cancellation and would be able to remove the tooth that was causeing me the most pain today! I was so happy I cried! He did an amazing job. I was super nervous but there was literally no worries! He made sure I was completely numb and his assistant did an amazing job as well. I felt absoultly no pain at all. His entire staff is professional and polite. He didn't make me feel bad about not caring for my teeth in the previous years either, just got to the point. Told me what I needed and what he could do today and he got it done! This truly is a wonderful office. My whole experience from beginning to end was suprisingly pleasant and I cannot than Dr. Price and his team enough! Never thought I'd be saying this, but I can't wait to get back in after a few weeks of healing and get started on the rest of my mouth! I am happy about fixing my teeth and having a healthy, pain free smile again! Thank you so much Dr. Price and team! See you all soon! This dentist is so amazing! I got 7 teeth pulled in like 20 minutes and he got straight to it.

Both my kids have received excellent care here. One is very fearful of dentists. The other has Autism and very sensitive to lights, sounds and social situations. Both feel very comfortable here. Fast, friendly, professional and my kids go without any complaints!

Dr. Price is the only saving grace of this dental practice.The rest of the staff needs to be much more professional, attend to patients on time, be informed as to why a patient is there, and not book appointment and then tell patient "there is no time to do full service cleaning" .after making patient wait half an hour to be seen for cleaning. They also need to not double book after patient confirms appointment. Unfortunately for me, even though Dr. Price is an OUTSTANDING dentist the other staff members make Star Dental truly unbearable. I have been going to that office for years. Price has helped in the past. Even seeing me the same day as my emergency when time allowed. Recently, the office is operating horrible. I went in weeks ago. The filling they apply broke in my mouth and the tooth needed to be removed. They said they didn't have the tools and referred me to a surgeon. Well that process would take 7 days. Keep in mind I am in pain. So, I go pay someone else $300 to do it instead. After, I call to make appointment for my very last cavity. Make me wait about 10 days. I show up 15 minutes early. They are not there. OK , I thought must be a late lunch. I go home, take a bathroom break, brush my teeth and show back up at 230pm. I show back up at 222pm and she said rude but professional they couldn't see me. Because I was late. I (Ryan) was talking to 2 other clients at 2pm Infront of your door's. You weren't there. She proceeded to be professional but a rude started her story again. I turned around walked out , did my wooosaw , I didn't say anything else, I didn't overreacte, I just not valued as a customer anymore. Doctor Price was good in the past but his office stinks now!. Awesome dentist. Went in there for a severely chipped tooth and he fixed it that same day. He told me that it will be about a 5 yr. fix but it last 25 yrs. until I tripped on my shoe laces running and fell and hit my face on the ground and chipped my tooth in the same spot. Horrible experience!!!! Waited over a hour for them to see my boyfriend... Don't come here

It took dr. Price 5 times to send in my partial font denture . Every time it came back wrong. I laid out a lot of cash . The lab they use sucks, and so does his staff. I asked for a refund and waited a long patient time. The last time I came in for a try on, they did not fit, he kept trying to shove them in my mouth , and drill like mad on the partial . they still did not fit, it looked like a overbite, all i needed was a carrot. I looked just like bugs bunny. he did not want to give me that refund, he was so afraid after I wanted my money back . that office has bad mojo, theirs a receptionist who is always saying to me " are we going to another scenario " When I come in their office like i have a third eye. And he had a nerve to tell me I was rude to his staff and self? the manager was okay and polite to me she was the only one help me get my refund that i'm still waiting for. I had to turn them into Access dental. I don't think anybody should spend their hard earned money here. he works by himself , but works on to many patients had once to be effective. I got lucky this time and my last time here. But you may not. Performed two x-rays - panoramic and the single shots - way too much radiation for one visit for children to undergo. I imagine they're trying to overcharge. Stated they would do cleaning but no cleaning performed. He indicated there were cavities but gave sparse explanation about where they were located. Worst dentist I have experienced. ITS CALLED STAR DENTAL AND DR PRICE ISNT HARD TO FIND . THIS IS FOR THE LOST THAT WROTE THE REVIEW ABOUT " CANT FIND HIM " NOW YOU KNOW. HES THE BEST .

The receptionist was kind but seemed nervous to discuss why I had to wait so long. I was scheduled for 11 am and by 11:50 am I still had not been seen and in fact another patient came in at 11:30 am and was called in around 11:45 am. I tried to discuss with the staff and doctor and aside from the receptionist they were all rude and kept referring to my having Medical Insurance as the reason. I have never been treated with such rudeness and especially Dr. Price! I left and will not return!

What the heck happened? I had an appt., was called by the Receptionist and told that she will call me back to reschedule. She never called me back. I call and the business no longer had an answering machine. I stopped by the office which was now empty and "Not even so much as a "note on the door" telling us that "Dr. Price no longer seeing patients!" would have sufficed. Regardless of why his business was closed (i.e., personal reasons, health reasons, legal reasons, financial reasons, or that he simply decided to leave the country) anyone of those explanations would have better than nothing. At the very least, there should have been a note left on the door if the answering machine was not an option. I'm sure I speak for many of his patients when I say that we trusted and respected his professional behavior and his walking away without a word "reminds me of the time I was forced to gargle with a strong antiseptic mouthwash that left a very bad taste in my mouths." Wherever and whatever he's doing, I wish him and his staff the best and now we ex-patients will begin our search for a new dentist and hopefully our dental insurance carriers records will be able to provide some dental care history for our new destist to use.
