I've been wearing contact lenses for over forty years, and hands down Dr. Parke is the best optometrist I've ever had for contact lens fittings and prescriptions, including transitioning to monovision so that I don't have to wear reading glasses. Great exam, well run practice. Despite moving out of the area, I continue to return to see her (48 miles from Chapel Hill) because she is truly a superior heath care provider.
I have been seeing Dr. Parke for about 11years and bring all 3 of my children to her as well. Dr. Parke is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met. She is very careful to be thorough and explain everything in a way that even children can understand. She played a key role in diagnosing an eye problem in my son and getting him to a good surgeon in a quick fashion. This saved my sons vision! I highly recommend Dr. Parke and will continue to see her for my vision care.
