Lisa Hampshire

Lisa is fantastic! I've been seeing her for around 2 years and she has helped me more than I can ever explain. She is always in a great mood, very attentive, truly listens, and I always walk away from our sessions feeling better than when I entered. Lisa has coached me through a divorce, depression, anxiety, and past trauma in my life. She has given me tools to use and taught me how to use them when things get difficult. After trying to help myself through PPA and lifelong anxiety, I finally called Lisa for help. Learning how to live my life mentally healthier than before has been amazing. Lisa has given me the tools to tackle all that life throws at me.

After suffering a severe panic attack due to anxiety, I was referred to Lisa for therapy. Lisa promptly scheduled me for a session the next day and even talked me through a coping technique on the phone to put me at ease. Our first appointment was extremely helpful! Lisa's demeanor is very kind and genuine which immediately put me at ease and made opening up to her natural and easy. During the session, she shared two different coping techniques for panic and anxiety that have been invaluable. Lisa also helped me transition into motherhood and provided a safe and peaceful space to deal with the mental and emotional challenges that motherhood brought. Lisa was so accomodating. She let me bring my 3-month-old daughter to our sessions and even held her while I talked. Every time I left a session I felt like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Lisa helped me work through many challenging thoughts and emotions and I am so grateful to her!! I would highly recommend her!!
