Condescending know-it-all that is annoyed by the fact you are even there asking questions. Spun me a BS line about waiting for insurance approval when none is needed and haven't heard back from them in over a month for anything. Only thing she did was prescribe meds. Made me feel like I was wasting her time even though they had me drive there to tell me they hadn't heard a thing back yet thinking I was going to do some other procedure "that probably wasn't going to hold up". Find another dentist.

Absolutely miserable dentist who is just flat out rude and likes to complain to her patients. Very sad excuse for a dentistry practice. Needs some basic manners courses along with that very old doctorate degree.

I highly recommend, very nice staff. Knows what they are doing, makes me feel comfortable and I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist. 5 star in my opinion!

Absolutely horrible she is impatient with her patients and lies to your face!! She claimed I had a infection in my tooth and said it’s been there for awhile so I went to the hospital after my appointment and had bloodwork done and guess what?? No infection!!! This was was my fist dental appointment in 5 year. The staff put me at easy and sorted all my problems that had built up. I will be able to use this dentist for my further cleanings and procedures.

Horrible! Went last year, She said I could not get anything done after she saw what my insurance covered . Also would not treat or refer me to get an abscess treated saying I had to go back to New York to dentist that did the root canal almost 10 years ago. The receptionist also did not book or send my prescriptions when they had been requested and didnt follow up until 6 months later when I went to my next cleaning. After the business next door got Dr. Shen for us, we were told all appointments canceled until June, we then stated it was June, she said I meant July. I have been to many dentists and I am thrilled with Dr. Shen, very professional and knows how to numb the nerve instantly. Dr. Wende takes 20 minutes to semi-numb after 2 shots and by the time you walk out of the office it starts to get completely numb.. I shouldn't have to be in pain the whole time because he doesn't know what he is doing. These are the best and worst dentist I have been 2. Dr. Shen is very honest about your mouth even though I do not want 2 hear it.

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible experience, I have been going here for a few years now *due to how limited my insurance was* 2 fill ins later and I was in pain for 3 months plus. FINALLY going to see another dentist they told me she did not do the complete fill in which was CRAZY to me because throughout the whole fill in process I felt EVERYTHING and tried to tell her and she completely ignored me, literally in TEARS the nurse tells me its Okay then realizes how old I am and said "oh girl you had kids your fine" LIKE SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!?!? To begin with she and her staff are quite rude! Two of the fillings she gave me fell out within a week. I went back to her, in pain of course and with 1 x ray and 1 second glance in my mouth, she stated "irreparable" and walked out of the room. I was given a prescription of antibiotics for a week and a referral to a dental clinic that has all appointments on hold until further notice. After a week I was out of antibiotics, the pain and swelling returned so I call her office back. Not once but twice was I put on hold for over 20 minutes and not be answered. I had mixed experiences. My previous visit was a 5 star visit but I've also been disappointed in the past. It really depends. I will be continuing to visit this establishment.

Long wait times, assistants do all prep work only for dentist to pop her head in the room to give advice as to what needs to be done. Bad first time experience. Will not be going back.

This place was a complete joke! I called them with a complete exclamation of what I had needed as a referral from another dentist but my ins change. All they did was take x-rays and tell me that she could not even perform a root canal in her office. Then once I asked her to explain the x-rays and what was wrong with the tooth problem teeth she gave me the vague answer as there is an infection it needs to be taken care of when I asked to elaborate and asked her why she looked so impatient with me she turned around and walked out of the room and in the hallway in front of the door right next to me She said someone else needs to deal with this person I have no patience for people that don't understand. I went to dr Shen after being unhappy with my previous dentist; it was nice because I had considerable amounts of work to be done due to dry mouth from medications. She was able to finish the work in 4 visits. It's been 7 months since, all the fillings have fallen out & my teeth are breaking. I have massive gaps in my mouth now, and due to her drilling most of the teeth away, I will need veneers & implants to correct the issues. Never had problems with my teeth in the past..please be cautious
