Dr. LaCerte's office is very friendly and caring. They are always pleasant and very helpful whenever necesary. When they greet me it's as if they're saying hello to a friend. I am very unhappy that you tell patients their appointment time is 15 minutes sooner than their actual appointment time and do not tell them

Dr. Lacerte was on time. She was willing to listen and answer all my questions. She went over my test results and explained everything. I would recommend Dr. Lacerte to friends and family.

Wonderful staff and wonderful Doctor! Need I say more? Had a visit this fall also, everyone in office is very professional and supportive to your needs. Dr LaCerte is so wonderful and knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr Lacerte is always attentive and pleasant. The staff as a whole is very friendly and never make you feel rushed.

Dr. Lacerte to time to get to know me, and gave of herself so that I may know her a little. This kind of interaction enhances the care provided later. She knows what is important to me. She knows how I communicate things. I look forward to future visits.

Dr Lacerte has been my doctor since she opened her practice in Salem. She is a caring and dedicated professional and is a good listener. Don’t be put off by her fast pace. She doesn’t miss a thing!

I really love Dr LaCerte! She is kind and personal. I always leave her office feeling like all of my concerns were met.

I received a very thorough exam in a very safe environment. Dr. Lacerte always explains the issue and has a good plan. I have a high level of trust in her.

Dr. Lacerte treats my 88 year old mother with great care, kindness and dignity. She diagnosed my mother’s pacemaker issue quickly and directed us to resolution (her pacemaker needed replacement). Within twelve hours of leaving Dr. Lacerte’s practice,my mother’s pacemaker was changed and my mother’s heart rate returned to normal. We are so grateful! Dr. Lacerte has a wonderful sense of humor too.

I felt like the doctor was rushed , very impersonal . The doctor stated she was behind in appointments so any other health issues I would need another appointment . I didn't realize when I made an appointment for my tick bite that is the only thing to be addressed at the time.

This doctor can tell you if your blood pressure is high. That's about it. Unable to diagnose much else, unwilling to refer to specialist when she is unable to figure out what is wrong. Seems that her specialty is changing the dose of BP medication because if you have symptoms of anything else she will tell you everything is about your blood pressure. Very dismissive of any other complaints. Has done more harm due to her failure to diagnose. This doctor can tell you if your blood pressure is high. That's about it. Excellent help after the death of my Son. Caring helpful and understanding.

All staff made my visit comfortable and I felt like they cared about my well being. Very friendly and professional.

My experience with Dr LaCerte and the staff at her office was a positive one. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was very helpful. I was seen right away for my annual physical. The medical assistant was very conscientious and made me feel at ease. Dr LaCerte has a calming presence, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Pretends to listen, but actually dismissed my concerns. Ignored the fact that I was having chest pains every day, among other symptoms. Was diagnosed a week later by another doctor with a serious life threatening condition. Lacerte did not even do the minimum that would be required for a doctor.

Did not take my concerns seriously. Told her I believed I had cancer based on my symptoms, which I had told her I had every time I saw her for over a year. She failed to meet the minimum standard of care by following through, and in fact told me I did not have cancer. I was diagnosed a week later by a real doctor, with the exact cancer I told lacerte I had.

I love Dr. Lacerte! She is brilliant, caring and I like that she is straight-forward and very clear with her explanations. The office staff is professional and courteous, as well as prompt and efficient. I recommend this practice whole-heartedly.

I have had quite a few PCP,s over the years, and I never went to an appointment without some degree of anxiety. Some were standoffish, routine, or even critical. Dr. Lacerte made me feel relaxed from our first meeting, ( My blood pressure proves it!) She has a very friendly, upbeat manner, yet she is thorough, and makes suggestions to improve your health. The entire staff, reception, through exam, through labs, are really nice people who seem to enjoy helping all who walk through the doors.Paul

Very sad...found that she didn't review specialist notes after referring me out. I believe that your PCP whom coordinates your care would make this an important part of your care and the overall treatment plan for the patient when multiple specialist are involved.
