She has been my daughter's doctor for 16 years and the truth is that I would choose her again if I had another baby She is very efficient in her work together with the work team. Thanks for all help

If you’re looking for a family friendly location this is not one. First visit was with my daughter and my Fiancé let me know the front desk clerk was really rude but she let it go and the doctor was a bit stand offish. So me as the more calm and friendly parent took our newly adopted niece for a check up and I experienced first hand what she meant. Not only did she neglect to hear what I was letting her know my insurance said but she had the audacity to question me about my nieces information as if I didn’t know her birthday. I adopted her due to her mom being killed so I’m pretty sure the state feels I’m more than capable and know these things. I tried multiple times to explain myself and each time followed with an arrogant laugh. If you are looking for a place to set roots and grow with a safe practice, do not come here.

Dr. Itcheon has been my (13) year old pediatrician since she was a toddler. I highly recommend this doctor she listens to parents concerns and follows through effectively. My twins were born 2 months ago they will also appreciate her as their pediatrician for 18 years to come. :)

Dr.itchon is a very bad doctor , she seems bothered when you ask her anything. I was concerned my son had a milk allergy because he was breaking out in a rash . She didn’t try doing any test disregarded anything I said , I was very worried because my sons rash was getting worse and he was spitting up a lot I went ahead and changed his milk myself and he got all better. I told her and she said it was just a coincidence. She blows off any worry ness you have doesn’t try to help her patients. The front ladies are very very rude I’ve never been treated the way I have at this office I am switching doctors. Very unprofessional here! The Doctor is experienced but working with Medical kids looks like is devastating. I think this has led to then being strick and assistants are rude and never accommodate no one unless you are cash patients.

Bad review. Took my son to this doctor office for walk in for an emergency and doctor wouldn’t even see him because I did not call before hand. Had to leave with my baby

Beware! She doesn't listen. SHE MISSED DIAGNOSISING MY DAUGHTER'S TYPE 1 DIABETES. She showed all of the symptoms and she said "she has allergies that's why she's drinking so much water". She only did one test a urine dipstick, she didn't even order bloodwork. I lost all faith in her so we never took her back. 6 months later and a wonderful new doctor who actually listened ordered bloodwork and in 2 1/2 hour we finally had a reason for her symptoms. Her blood sugar was over 1000, she was DKA and had a very dangerous A1C of 17.5. This wasn't the first time she missed something, when she was a baby she missed thrush and after the weekend my daughter's bottom was blooding the thrush was so bad. When I called Dr Itchon to tell her she completely misdiagnosed, she didn't even say she was sorry. She tried to say she checked what she was supposed. I told her it's her job to listen to parents and she didn't. A child's life depends on it. I would not recommend Dr Itching unless your child is perfectly healthy and there are no illnesses in your family history. Beware! She doesn't listen. Love Dr.Itchon

I wouldn't take my child here!! They care about themselves than the children. It says they close at 6 but when i called they are closing at 5 even though i need to take my child in. I said that my daughter will be home at 4:30 and we should be there by 4:40 and i couldn't take her, like it takes forever just to check her ear!?

Unfortunately my kid had Dr Itcheon for years and every single time we need it to see an specialist, it was so hard to see one, she was never professional we always had that felling that shes only there for the money and not for the well being of their patients, if your really care of your kids health, please stay away from this clinic. The staff specially front desk are the worst, they are so rude, with so much attitude. She is very good doctor since I know her, and she is very nice and honest with my kids

My kids and I absolutely love her. This is the only place my kids can get a same day appointment if needed (walk-in). I have no rude comments what so ever everyone is friendly in my opinion and they always treat us nice.

I love the doctor she's such a nice person but the front desk I horrible speacilly a Gina lady always has attitude like if she a very miserable person. I dont get why this people have jobs where they are around kids all day. please fire her she's no good for your reception desk

My kids had Dr Itchon for a few years, she was great. When I delivered my 4th she was also her pediatrician. We had left for a few years due to the fact we live in Redondo Beach, started at a close pediatrician. Long story, we left the close pediatrician a year and half after my oldest became an adult. I just love Dr. Itchon. Now that all the kids are a Lil older and we don't need to go so often we switched back. This is a patient of This dr and she is wonder full and she may not remember me but my name isIsabella Ramirez. Sometimes the front desk worker can be very VERY rude and unhelpful. That is the only negative thing

I love Dr. Itchon. She is a wonderful doctor and listens to you and explain everything. My daughter loves her.

This is a very friendly but professional office. I have never had any problems making or getting an appointment, even when I need to bring in my sick child last minute. They always squeeze us in. Sometimes, there is a wait but that is normal for any good pediatrician. My kids love that the walls are painted with murals from their favorite cartoons. It makes them less nervous. There are clean, sterile, private rooms so the doctor can conduct thorough examinations. Dr. Lideia is very good with children and she is warm & funny, which my daugthers like. I am happy to have found this place. They do have a parking lot with plenty of parking as well. Just make sure to bring cash for the co-payment. This is a very friendly but professional office. The receptionist Gina was extremely rude and horrible at her job.

Dr. Itchon is great. Has been seeing my kids ever since they were born. Even though one lady in the front desk can be rude at times and not very helpful.

One of her MA doesn't know the right way to do injections and also eye exam, that's the only thing I don't like. But I think that's really important she should pay attention to that.
