Very Professional and good at getting you in at Appointment time. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The appointment was very organized and professional. I feel that they really tried to give the information that I needed to make an informed decision. The dental assistants were really friendly and made me feel welcome.

Such nice, considerate staff and surgeon. So far I am appreciative of the Doctor’s honesty and comfortable with the care I have been given. Dr Gilbert definitely has the experience to be at the top of his field!

Professional and friendly staff, Covid safety protocols followed. Patient’s concerns were addressed appropriately.

Staff very professional and kind. The speed in which they were able to schedule me in was amazing. Dr. Gilbert and his assistant Tiffany were both wonderful. Would highly recommend their services.

Having dental implants has been something I’ve feared and avoided for many years. I can mark the loss of a tooth down to that fear. One missing tooth became two when it’s partner could not stand without support. Now that I’ve begun the process, I can say with certainty that I wish I’d done it sooner. Dr. Gilbert and his staff are experts at both the procedure and putting the patient at ease. I also appreciate the careful restrictions provided to keep me safe from CoVid. I could not be more pleased by the patience and professionalism of Dr. Gilbert and his staff, particularly during the pandemic. The precautions taken are to protect both patients and themselves evidence that they care. Dr. Gilbert answers questions cheerfully and in ways I can understand. His staff are polite, courteous, and helpful. I feel blessed to have received the help I needed. I had two teeth extracted. This was the closest to an enjoyable trip to a dentist anyone could have. The whole staff is extremely nice. Amazingly I experienced no pain at all after the procedure.

Dr. Gilbert and the staff at the summersville location are always pleasant and professional. Dr. Gilbert takes the time to fully explain different procedures and presents options so you can choose your best route forward. The staff from scheduling to assistants are simply the best.

They did an amazing job removing my wisdom teeth. Everyone was very comforting. I was very nervous for the procedure but everyone had a positive and calming attitude and knew how go calm me down. Thank you so much!

Dr Gilbert and his staff have been great for every visit. They are friendly, informative and efficient. The office is clean and organized. Through this pandemic they have exceeded the guidelines and done a great job of keeping everyone safe.

Staff is friendly and thorough following vivid guidelines. Dr Gilbert is professional and explained my situation completely.

Dr Gilbert has pulled two teeth that have been too difficult for my normal dentist to get out. Ive never had any issue either time. Has always sent me home with correct medication and details for recovery and they always followed up to see how I was doing. Friendly staff!

Don't do it shady business practices, unprofessional people all the way around the office, you do not want these people working on your children. We had one appt. made two different appts for surgery. Dr couldn't manage to get to the office for procedure, gave made up excuses, definitely insurance scammer, wanting to put people in OR when it isn't needed. My assumption is for more pay. Long story short we have changed providers at this time. I couldn't stand to see my child be in a room with these people alone. Wonderful oral surgeon! I saw him at the Beckley location but came here to Summersville for a check up. Dr. Gilbert made me feel comfortable when I was nervous to have surgery. Had 5 teeth pulled, 4 of which were impacted and had a frenectomy. I can tell he cares about his patients and the nurses were great too!
