Dr. Leonard Thomas Hackett

My oncologist for 15 years dealing with a significant melanoma and reoccurrences. Quality care, takes his time as needed. I actually enjoy his visits, knowing he tells it like it is with compassion. Very busy office, and reasonably remains on schedule....highly recommended

There are times when I'm not sure what's going on as I listen to him dictate notes about our appointment. I'm confident he knows what's going on but isn't always inclined to patiently explain everything. He has however, taken great care of me. When he's feeling friendly there's no one nicer. When he's not you kind of have to guess what he's thinking. If you want great, competent care I would have no problem recommending him. Especially to my family and other people I care about.

Doc Hackett is phenomenal. I was scared out of my mind before I met him, feeling alone and lost. He immediately made me feel like I was the only person in the world. He was and is very invested in my health like all his other patients. He takes all the time I need to answer my questions, he reports to my other doctors, he is amazing. I honestly can't imagine him not being my cancer doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone. I grew up in medicine and Dr. Hackett is that rare find. The Lord really blessed me in having Dr. Hackett be my doctor. God is so good.

Friendly doctor. Very thorough going over medical history. Was honest in wanting me to be referred to Mt Cedar Sinai.

Excellent physician!

Well worth the wait - and his patients are all alive and waiting to be seen by him for follow up :). Dr. Hackett is a great doctor and a good person all around. Well worth waiting for. His polite and courteous front desk, billing and nursing staff are the icing on the cake. 5 stars for this doctor.
