Great care of my Grandmother!

The staff is extremely rude. My husband has been a long time patient until today. After a month of being in pain, multiple trips to the doctors office, 2 visits to the ER in less than 5 days and a request after each ER visit that he requested a referral to the specialist the ER doctors suggested we still have no referral to the specialist. When I followed up with Brandi at Dr. Dingler's office this afternoon to find out the status of the referral, she was rude to me, tried placing blame any where she could - including my husband- and hung up on me (after raising her voice to me) when I told her we were going to come in to the office and wait until the referral was done. My husband called on our way to the office and spoke with Brandi also. She was not very nice to him either and told him even if we came in, we wouldn't get to see the doctor or have the referral. If this person worked for me and treated one of my clients this way, she would be fired. I wonder if Dr. Dingler even knows this is how his patients are treated. Nobody deserves to be treated with such lack of respect especially if they are just trying to resolve a medical issue that is causing sever pain. Fortunately, we contacted my primary care physician and they have my husband scheduled for first thing tomorrow morning. The staff is extremely rude.
