I've been with Dr. Briges for over 15 years I see his Dr. DENVER Brown on 248 in Branson. Get good care can talk to them without feeling like I'm being rushed in and out. To me the Drs. Are caring and don't rush you

Very pleased with my experiences. Brandi and Stephanie have went out of their way to make sure I get the correct help, they listen and are always willing to find an answer if they don’t know it.

Staff is very disrespectful as well as the Nurse Practitioner who seems to be very unhappy with her job. She treats patients as if they are being untruthful. I suffer from several issues and my husband as well and we are treated as if we are making things up. DR Bridges is not the problem he seems to care for his patients and their well being. The staff on the other hand need to find new professions because they apparently lack the compassion to work in the medical field. We suffer more then necessary and are looking to find another office where our illnesses are taken seriously. I was 15 minutes early to my appointment but was put in a room , the lights turned off and the door slammed behind me , then a nurse practioner came in and started yelling at me for being late ! Another few times they wouldn't refill my medicine and I went through withdrawals and was told I was lieing about it , so it took me being called a lier and a month to get them refilled . Needless to say after putting up with being treated horribly for years I finally found another doctor who is much better and I'm treated so much better . Do not go here they are all about money not their patients!! Front office staff are rude. Nurse practitioner Michelle treated me like my chronic illness which is debilitating was nothing. She came into office and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Then i was told id see my actual doctor after my wellness visit for my insurance company so i didnt go over issues i was having with the lady and then front office said no that was my appointment. Confused i said that cant be right...she got loud and rolled her eyes...not caring that i needed to go over a few issues that didnt get resolved at prior appointment. That attitude from front office especially with someone whose life is in shambles from their health issues is only going to truly upset someone thats already depressed about their illness. When its stressful and hard on a person to even go to the doctors office perhaps they should be kind and understanding to that person. Patients shouldnt be treated with so much disrespect. I do not personally go here; however, my mother has gone to this Dr. Office for a little while now. Recently she has had some concerning issues with this office. My mother was running a fever for over a week and had called the office to make an appointment. The woman said well you already had your doctor's apt last week ( for something completely unrelated) the woman said she would talk to the Dr and call back. She is still waiting for that call from Wednesday afternoon. Sunday my mother was in so much pain and was so sick she took herself to the ER. The Doctor there said I'm really glad you came in when you did because you have a major infection in your lung from an infected abscess! There is more jaw dropping issues with this office however I think this is enough to share to give anyone a good idea of the type of treatment you can expect!!! Still waiting for that phone call on an apt. To see the Doctor. I will say my mother did express that she liked the actual Doctor. Never had any issue with the Doctor. The staff not so much. He is the greatest doctor any patient could ask for . He is very down to earth and explains everything so you can understand . He deserves more then just 5 stars .

We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. While in the waiting room, a lady who appeared to be a pharmaceutical sales rep came in with several "to go" food containers (she brought the office lunch) - she was waived through. We were called back and sat in one small exam room for an hour, then were moved to another exam room for another hour - while the office dined with the sales rep (and the clinic opened that day at noon - can't the employees come to work already fed?) - we felt claustrophobic and had to go out in the hall and walk around. I saw another patient being escorted back to another exam room and he said "That's a long time for an old man to wait". In all, we waited 2 hours to see the doctor. He seemed ok, but 2 hours was too long to wait. We were then told he only works 2 afternoons a week in Branson and 1 day a week in Forsyth. We called the next day and asked the prescription be cancelled. We will keep looking for a family doctor. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dr Bridges us a very caring doctor, yes at times the wait maybe long, but I do not know another family doctor that does not have a similar problem in the waiting room. While the reviewer of the long wait is correct in complaining about it, I believe it does an injustice to others who maybe considering Dr Bridges. He takes time to explain what he believes your problem is and how he intends to cure it. I remember one case where I was complaining about hand pain, he showed me in a picture in a medical journal that immediately answered my question. If there a complaint about waiting time, while frustrating, the wait is a direct result of the fact that he takes time to answer your questions.
