Each time I visit Dr Jacobs office. I know I am in company of caring professionals. Start with front desk receptionist and when I called my changing status of my health insurance that I wasn’t too familiar with, Tina and nurses were understanding and came to my aid in how to confirm my coverage. Lucky, office still accepted a different insurance I had. Dr Jacob was always caring and thorough in examination and in his suggestions what I would need to next to keep myself healthy. As a healthy care professional myself. I feel I am well care for by Dr Jacob and his staff not only as their patient but also as a person. I welcome this opportunity to write about my experiences at Dr Jacob’s office. I also appreciate that the waiting time was hardly any for duration of filling out a form to update information. Dr. Jacobs has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very calm, and he put me at ease during the appointment. He explained everything well, and he gave me the opportunity to ask any questions that I had.

The warmest staff and a genuine Doctor! So happy I found my new home!

Dr Jacobs made me feel very comfortable as did the nurse and receptionist. He was thorough, caring and compassionate. Finding a new gynecologist is extremely personal, Dr. Jacobs made the transition smooth and easy. He was thorough and communicative. I highly recommend and am very relieved I found this practice and will be staying.

I am happy to know that when I call Dr. Jacobs in an emergency situation, he make an effort to call me back in the same day and make it possible for me to come for an appointment. Problem solve!! Always wonderful service from the staff at the Front desk & the attending Health Care professionals.

Dr Jacobis great and the rest of the staff! I’ve been coming here for several years and have always been treated respectfully and with good care, thank you!

This place I like alot and ppl there are nice.

Dr. Jacobs is so kind and comforting to his patients. He is so thoughtful in his questions and made sure I had my medication I needed from the pharmacy at a price I could afford. He is patient taking all my questions and just a calming person to be around during an anxious time in my life. I wouldn’t trust someone else!

Dr Jacobs is one of the most caring and amazing doctors I’ve ever had.

Dr. Jacobs is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I have ever encountered. I also see Dr. Marrone, who also makes the experience of going to the OBGYN as comfortable and pleasant as it can be. I recommend either doctors, and trust them both implicitly. The entire staff is warm and welcoming as well!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for an OBGYN close by. I found this facility via ZocDoc and chose this place because of the good reviews. Dr. Jacobs is a very kind and understanding person. He took the time to get to know me and my history, and made me feel completely welcome and at ease. I made an appointment and there was no waiting time and the all the staff I encountered were very friendly as well. Clean facility and convenient location with a parking lot! Absolutely recommend! Dr. Jacobs is wonderful! He is thorough and patient with a wonderful bedside manner. Hard to find doctors like him any more. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Jacobs is a kind, compassionate doctor who listened patiently, was gentle and very respectful of my dignity in a necessarily vulnerable 'position'. He was responsive and considerate of my state of being, and made me feel as comfortable as possible during the routine exam he performed. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

I was very happy with how the staff treated me, they were very respectful. Dr. Jacobs was very professional. He was very thorough and attentive. I really like how he communicated and showed empathy. Good job! I am really satisfied and I will be recommending my friends to visit there.

Dr. Jacobs is very thorough and takes the time to listen to his patients.

It was very disappointed that the gloves that the doctor used to type his notes from my response was the same one he used to do my vaginal examination that is very poor hygiene and very poor practice..I love his personality but I just was so upset about that

Always an efficient and friendly experience (booking, intake, doctor, easy online communications and results). Dr Jacobs is great at putting you at ease, feeling valued as a patient and providing knowledgable advice / diagnosis.

A friend had recommended Dr. Jacobs, and I was not disappointed. As a nurse, bedside manner is extremely important, and noticeably a lost art. Dr. Jacobs has a warm and professional bedside manner. I would recommend every female the opportunity to be his patient.

By far, the best experience I’ve had at an obgyn office. The office was clean and the staff were kind. I expressed my anxiety and fear about the pelvic exam because of previous painful experiences and he listened and made sure I was comfortable before and during the exam. Dr. Jacobs and the nurses at this office are wonderful. My anxiety was at an all time high coming in and they all put me at ease and didn’t make me feel weird for being nervous. Dr. Jacobs was gentle, kind, and was super informative in a way where I really absorbed everything he told me. Couldn’t recommend this office more!!

Dr. Jacobs is thorough with a gentle and friendly bedside manner. He puts me at ease every visit and takes the time to talk about any concerns I have without rushing on to his next patient. It took me a while to find a gynecologist I was comfortable and happy with. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jacobs asked multiple questions prior to the exam and listened attentively to my responses. He made sure that I understand his questions and responses, along with seeing if I have any questions.

I had made a mistake on my date and time and I'm so grateful that they were able to fit me in last minute Dr Jacobs is awesome I really enjoyed he takes his time and ask questions. You get to ask questions in return and he answers them efficiently and not rushing you out the room I really enjoy Dr Jacobs thanks
