The front desk professionals are amazing. They take the time to answer your questions. They do not rush you or push you to the side so they can attend the next person. When I leave the office I feel recharged and confident. I refer them without any doubts.

I was referred to Dr. Forest from a close friend and have been seeing him for years, he is honest, helpful, truthful, takes care of my whole family, trustworthy

I have had Dr Lee Forest as my primary care physician since I was 40 (I am now 56). He has a terrific chair-side manner. His practice also includes extensive electronic documentation of all of the health-related factors in their patients lives. He tracks all of the other professionals I should see and makes sure I visit them. He is extremely friendly, a professional and VERY good at his job. I highly recommend his practice for you or your family. My three sons also go to him now and they feel the same way as me. Finally, he has become a concierge doctor, so you could have a unique arrangement with him for your healthcare to save you money and have him even more available to you and your family. (Ask him!)

Greatest doctor around. I am a nurse and I finally found a doctor that is very good and listens to your medical issues. The front staff is very pleasant and helpful.

They no longer take insurance of any kind and the front office staff is as bad as they always been.

in case of emergency he never return your calls, he does not care he rather deal with illegal immigrants and fool around with other portages girls and have illegal babies , when you go to his office he does not acknowledge that you are there he rather stays on the computer

I got the 50$ program, missed half a day of work to go do the labs when i got there they charged me 200$ when i tried contacting the doctors no one answered or replied, i tried canceling after having the plan for 2 months and they said i had to pay, the girl hung up on me, ignored my attempted to switch cards, called me crazy and make prejudice slurs, told me I needed to educate my self to learn how to deal with contracts.The program is suppose to include the labs when you arrive at the lab and they tell you " your doctors notes say to charge you for he labs" I believe that's breach of contract. this is the email I send Dr. Lee, and of course, no response. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Forest is always available to see you without having to wait for an extended period of time. He is thorough and very responsive. I also like the home feeling of the office and the attentive and friendly staff.

I have been going to Dr. Forest for the last 15 years. He has always been very professional, courteous and quick to reply and offer any medical attention needed. His staff returns phones calls quickly as to making appointments and answering questions. Any emergencies I had, they were right there to help. I highly recommend him.

This is by far the worst primary doc to go to . There staff have the worst attitude and can care less about there patients. They also have issues refilling your medications. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The Dr. is rude and can care less for his patients health . Honestly this is the most unorganized office i have ever been too.

Dr forest is great. The only Problem I have with them is, I'm on a medication I will be taking permanently and they never give me refills, I always have to take time off of work and pay for a visit to get my medication.

I like the APRN Mary Kay, she's very smart. I like doctor forest just the same. However, the receptionist can be rude at times. Great doctor! The receptionists and the doc are very friendly and seem to really care about you. Been my doctor for over 2 years now and I have nothing bad to say. I recommend Dr. Forest to everyone I know.
