Dr. Gregory Soloway Suckes!!! if i could give him minus 10, I would, rude and no besides manner. He doesn't listen and has an attitude. Do the medical field and yourself a favor and retire because obviously at this point it seems like this man is just working for a pay check not to help patients.

I called the answering service on the weekend and got Dr. Solliway. He was nice when speaking at first and gave me a prescription for my illness. The prescription was unavailable at many pharmacies and I had to call him back in the morning . I asked him why it was a different prescription then he told me …oops , my first mistake , questioning his choice. He went into a rude , uninterruptible, tirade about the medication and then told me whenever he could get to his computer he would send me a new prescription. I am seriously glad he is not my regular doctor there. Mine is much more professional. I have been a teacher for 41 years , if I spoke to a parent in this way I would be reprimanded. Shame on you , Doctor! I am the patient and asked a simple question and not in a rude way. Perhaps you need to re-read the Hippocratic Oath….oh, but then again it is Sunday , God’s day off! I called the answering service of my gastroenterologist on the weekend and got Dr. Soloway. He is not my regular doctor but he was on call. He was nice when speaking at first and gave me a prescription for my illness. The prescription was unavailable at many pharmacies and I had to call him back in the morning . I asked him why it was a different prescription then he told me last night …oops , my first mistake , questioning his choice. The main secretary there is disguising. she is very rude and deflects a lot of the questions I have for the doctor and in some cases she gives me her own medical advice. Dr. Soloway is never available. not sure how this practice is still in business honestly. They don't seem to take any of my very real and serious concerns serious. He refused to talk about my symptoms. He insisted on a colonoscopy and said he would talk about my problems after. He didn't fill out a review after the procedure causing me to be discharged late. He never talked about my symptoms after causing me to have months of suffering. I had to go to anything doctor to get help. I have a feeling that the man had something personal against me. I think he didn't like my politics.

I met with Dr. Soloway some weeks ago via Telemedicine. I got diagnosed with GERD and he prescribed some meds and an endoscopy study, to check the lining of my digestive track (esophagus, stomach and intestine). In less than a week I got the results of the study and Dr. Soloway already contacted me for my follow up appointment.

Excellent G.I. doctor, plus is compassionate and a good communicator.

Dr Soloway is always professional and takes the time to carefully explain diagnosis and treatment options.

Based on a poor, oversimplified, and INACCURATE summary/ evaluation of a long medical history, he issued a random and inappropriate diagnosis and protocol based on an unwillingness to evaluate complexities of documented medical history and conditions. Stated I had "extensive workups" which was completely untrue. Utilized an intermediary fellow to evaluate me initially as a new patient. and relied fully on her intake and scribbled notes, and waited for a report from her- never examined or spoke to me,  or viewed medical records. They engaged in "private discussion" about me before coming in to issue "edicts" in less then 5 mins, which were't applicable/ appropriate whatsoever to my case. His words, "We are not reinventing the wheel here", stated with sarcasm and contempt. Probably the most cavalier, uncaring, unprofessional and unsound medical behavior I have ever been subjected too. Lacking warmth empathy, cold, dismissive, and obviously unwilling to evaluate complex patients.

Dr. Solway is incredible. His hours are accommodating, and his staff will do whatever is necessary to fit you in and work around your schedule. He's thorough, takes time with his patients, and explains every step of his thought process. I have to mention his amazing staff - we were having serious problems with our health insurance approving medication. They went above and beyond to help me. If it weren't for his staff, we would have been without meds and in real trouble. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Soloway treated my Dad when he had ALS. When he died in 2001, I sent Dr. Soloway a letter with a copy of his service. He wrote this in part to me: "I was quite touched by the letter and the service you sent me, especially, your father's biography. I only had the experience of meeting him after he was stricken with a terminal disease, and I feel it is always beneficial for physicians to realize the rich history and background that patients have before their illness changes their lives".
