Dr Lisowski is the best primary doctor I’ve ever had. She is very thorough and made me feel like I had someone in my corner fighting for me.

Worst experience ever. This doctor did not listen to me at all. She referred me over and over to surgeons who repeatedly said they could not help me. She bullied me for two years to take blood pressure meds I did NOT need, because the blood pressure machine on the cart in her office is faulty. Use the cuff on the wall and a stethoscope! She scared me over and over, telling me I had COPD and emphasema, then I spent over a year having pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, etc. She referred me to a pulmonologist that was no longer practicing, so I had to have ALL the tests AGAIN because it had been longer than 6 months. The pulmonologist said I DID NOT HAVE COPD OR EMPHASEMA, BUT DR. L SAID SHE DIDN'T AGREE WITH THAT AND REFUSED TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY FILE. She can never find results to ANY of the tests she orders on the computer, and tries to say you just need to do it again! I saw her last April and tried to talk to her about some concerns I had, but she kept cutting me off, and saying, "Let's just do your Medicare physical." She sent a nurse in to give me a pneumonia shot, which I had an allergic reaction to. Then sent me on my way. Then tried to tell me I needed to have the second shot! Worst of all, she can never find test results in the computer, but told me a year ago she read in my file I had told my psychiatrist I might need a new doctor. I had said SHE DOESN'T LISTEN TO ME. However, the last visit in October she said that at every visit I "threaten to get another doctor." I NEVER SAID THAT TO HER. I SAID IT IN CONFIDENCE TO MY PSYCHIATRIST, ONCE. AND DR. L THREW IT IN MY FACE A YEAR AGO. This person is the least qualified, most unprofessional doctor that I have ever encountered. At the very least, she needs to bone up on her computer skills for God's sake... If you can't even locate results for tests you ordered, you shouldn't be ordering them. Worst experience ever. Bedside manner was uncomfortable. Very pushy and trying to test me for everything under the sun. Information on my chart was incorrect, instead of fixing she insisted I was wrong. Also, I showed up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and I still was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Definitely will not be returning. Wonderful Doctor... She is very accurate, and very knowledgeable.. So happy we found her.
