Dr. Le Trong Nguyen

I am from Singapore and currently on a holiday. Both my wisdom tooth on my lower jaw were starting to hurt really badly to a point I can't chew on my food and talking was a bother. I did an x-ray at a dentist on ming ave but they couldnt extract it right away because they were fully packed and they were closed the next day. I couldnt take the pain nor the wait so I dropped by Dr Ngyuen's clinic. My appointment was 3pm but I was there at 2pm. Asked if I could get to see him before 3pm since I am early and the lady at the frontdesk was really nice. She said she could do something about it. I was called in at 2.45pm and Dr Ngyuen said he wants to explain something to me. He told me he cant extract my tooth because wisdom tooth is a complicated procedure and if I really want it remove, he would write me a referral letter to a specialist which of course, I havr to pay for that letter. He also showed me the anatomy of how wisdom tooth are grown and why is it difficult for him to perform it here. Also, I might suffer from nerve or lower jaw damage. He asked where am I from and I told him about my stay here in the US. He was so nice to suggest that I wait and go back home to perform this extraction because I would be able to rest and I have my family to take care of me. His advice for me was that I should take antibiotic and painkillers for the time being till I get back home. I walked out of the clinic without having to pay a single cent for consultation charges. I am really surprised by the way Dr Ngyuen was so caring and nice to his patients even though it was my first time visiting his clinic. He is a nice doctor and nice doctors like him are hard to come by. Good job Bakersfield, you found a really professional yet homely doctor! & once again, thank you Dr. Ngyuen for your help.
