Dr. Lawrence J Witmer

Couldn't correctly read a chart or blood work numbers. Totally misdiagnosed, had us running from doctor to doctor. I told my Cleveland Clinic doctor about him, she ordered blood work and had him diagnosed within 24 hours before she even saw him. Liver failure. Received a new liver, Cleveland Clinic liver team amazing! Now he's fighting cancer. Stay far away from him! UH wouldn't let this get posted on their site.

his knowledge and efforts on my behalf continue even after many years of getting me healthy are nothing short of amazing. he deserves 5 stars for everything he does. He has saved my life twice

I loved going to see Dr Witmer and I do not like going to the doctor. After my last visit and the way I was treated by his office staff, front desk and medical assistant I was not impressed. Due to being I'll for over a month with two urgent care visits I reached out and wanted to speak with the physician about not improving and was told by his medical assistant that it was a virus and if I was unhappy with my care I could go elsewhere. I said I was not unhappy with my care just pissed and wanted to speak to the doctor she stated about 3 more times I could go elsewhere and then I hung up. I received a discharge letter from the practice due to that call, even though all I wanted was to let my primary care physician know I was not improving. So Dr Witmer I will miss being your patient but refuse to be treated that way by your staff I am the patient/customer an should be treated with respect and EMPATHY.

Dr. Witmer is a fabulous doctor. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to listen and resolve concerns. His staff and facility are top notch and friendly. I’d highly recommend Dr. Witmer to anyone who wants good quality healthcare.

Dr Witmer is a compassionate, knowledgeable and caring physician. His office and staff are great, easy to access and friendly. I highly recommend him for all family medical needs.

Dr. Witmer is fantastic! It took me and my family a long time to find such a great doctor! We have recommended so many people to Dr. Witmer. And they love him too! I wish all doctors were like him!

He has a great way with patients. Very understanding, thorough and a sense of humor. Excellent for those who hesitate going to a doctor!!! I highly recommend!
