I wasn't particularly thrilled with the folks up front. They could do better with reminding you of appointments. I had to call to check on an upcoming appointment.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist Dr. Hayes is very skillful and shows that he knows what he’s doing

For routine cleanings they are great. Staff has always been very helpful. However, if you need anything else done-go somewhere else! Dr Hayes said I had a couple cavities (one being on a tooth with an existing filling). He didn't want a weak tooth so he suggested put a crown on one tooth and fill the other. I did as he said. I could not chew on my right side (where the work was done) from the second I left for 3 months! I went back several times thinking the bite was off causing sharp pain but it remained. They realized my tooth was cracked. They set me up to see an endodontist but said they would call me before I went to see if there was something they could do about it because it was apparently cracked during the cap. Never got a call. Went to the endo, had a ROOT CANAL, pain is now gone but I am now seeing that my filling is messed up as well and another dentist is having to redo it. I also have pain on my left side because that's all I could use for months. My new dentist told me they try to reimburse their patients that have to seek an endodontist after their work so I asked that of Dr Hayes office. I was told I would get a call back. .....I guess this will be like the call before my appt that still has yet to happen because we are going on 2 weeks waiting for a call. Least painful dentist I have ever seen. No pain at all. All work I have had done was great.

my dog goes to doggie camp every day and loves it. she loves most of the employees as well
