Worst ever ! Non caring ! Will not ever use again !

Dr. Kapadia is an excellent doctor. He performed my sinus surgery and it was the best medical decision that I made.

A super doctor. Very, very knowledgeable, friendly, great bedside manner, patient & gentle. Great, state-of-the-art office environment, with excellent staff. Can't be recommended highly enough!

I wish i could give him no star at all. Worse doctor ever could not diagnosed what the problem was, why i was having so many lymph nodes even after doing several exams, CT scans and MRI. I went to the dentist and he figured out why i was having lymph nodes and even solved my issue by doing the root canal in few days my lymph nodes vanished that this doctor couldn't even solve even after giving me 4 5 different antibiotics and steroids. I can't wait to file a complaint about him to my insurance. Wasted my 4 months, money and everything. I wish i could give him no star at all. Dr. Kapadia has been out family ENT doctor. He has helped by family members with a variety of health issues including myself. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kapadia is a great ENT doctor/surgeon if at any point in time your looking for an ENT doctor I advise you to go see Dr. kapadia he knows what he is doing; so don't keep shopping around hoping when all you have to do is go see him you will not be disappointed he is one of the best doctors I've came across and I've came across many. Dr Kapadia is one of the best doctors he is very knowledgeable . Good diagnosis and explains everything clearly . Appointments are usually very quick. Highly recommend Dr Kapadia!!!

I was referred to Dr. Kapadia, unfortunately did not care for him at all. I found him to be condescending and arrogant, and felt rushed during the exam. And since I'm early 60-ish he "told" me I needed a hearing test, which was not at all the reason I was referred to him, but rather a totally different issue. I told him I did not want one at this time because I recently had one and fully aware that I need hearing aids. When I checked out, the lady tried to schedule me with the audiologist anyway. I told her no, I do not want a hearing test done at this point. I looked at the appointment card when I left, and they still scheduled me with their audiologist immediately after my follow up visit in August. So I'm already 50% convinced that I don't want to go back, and called yesterday for a prescription. Too lengthy for this forum, but found his office staff to be some of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in a medical office. Would not recommend this doctor.

I have seen every doctor in the practice.They are all fantastic.Dr.Kapadia cured me of my BPPV you got it he will fix it.I decided to do surgery with him.I needed it and he told me when your ready no rush.And talked to me about the facts and post op care.And in this day in time.Truthful diagnosis and care is hard to come by.I f I could give him 10 stars I would.

Very pleased with Dr. Kapadia and his office staff. They are awesome.

Dr Kapadia is warm and welcoming. He is probably the best doctor I have ever seen in my 50 years. His bedside manner is soooo cool. He did my kids tonsillectomy and put them completely at ease. I am now seeing him for a split upper ear. He is smart and well spoken. I really feel he is the best of the best. Thank you Dr Kapadia.

I was so deeply disappointed in Dr. Kapdia. While he boasts himself to be an intelligent surgeon, he was deeply off-putting, unprofessional and just plain rude during the consultation. He was flippant about anesthesia and the procedure itself, including the associated risks. I would not recommend him to anyone. A doctor should be compassionate and he is quite the opposite.

Dr. Kapadia has a great “bedside” manner, very kind and personable. He explains and writes down everything. Doesn’t make you feel rushed and even took time to visit just a moment, making me feel like I mattered and he cared. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kapadia handled our son's Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy. Our son was totally paranoid about doctors in general, but Dr. Kapadia was one of the most wonderful doctors we have come across in the past year, after going to several ENT specialists for my son, across states due to our moving. He gained my son's confidence in his very 1st visit. The amount of patience care and expertise Dr. Kapadia has shown is tremendous for us!!! HE IS THE BEST??! We would highly recommend Dr. Kapadia!

Best ENT doc I've seen ( and I've had several ). Straightforward and clear

He's been treating me as a kid and into adulthood. I think the comments that are negative are from people are wrong

Dr. Kapadia did not spend much time with me and completely misdiagnosed my illness. I had a goiter and was subclinical hyperthyroid and he diagnosed me with acid reflux, ordered a contrast test using iodine that made my illness worse. He tried prescribing me a $300.00 medication- which I did not take because I knew I did not have acid reflux. I went to another doctor in the practice and they immediately diagnosed my thyroid illness correctly. Would not recommend.
