Ms. Lauren Renee Vigna

Lauren is rude and cold and her staff is just like her. Unbelievably unorganized, I threatened to walk out of my appt as the rude staff left me sitting in the room for almost 20 minutes. When I walked out of the room to find the staff I saw Lauren in a room at a desk reading a magazine! Found a new doctor who actually cares about how they treat their client.

Best, most knowledgeable, most professional, most personable medical providers and support staff. Dr Vigna, Jen Barrisi, NP, Kathy, Laurie, Paula…NONE BETTER!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vigna’s for over 11 years . She is warm, caring and a wonderful physician. She has always been the perfect professional. The staff is Always helpful even when I’ve been a giant pain. Without this wonderful group of people caring for my needs, I would be one red hot mess on a daily. If you are looking for a new doctor who is willing to try any approach holistic or modern medicine. She’s your woman. Also her new PA Jennifer is a great addition. Been seeing her since she joined and have never felt like it wasn’t just an extension of the doctor herself!! Give them a call , you won’t regret it!!!!

I've been a patient of Dr Vigna since she was in Hudson and followed her to Highland. As someone who refuses most 'drugs' and leans towards more natural remedies I find Dr Vigna open enough to speak with and found she will research vitamin/mineral therapies for me. WHO DOES THAT! I have been coming to Dr.Vigna's office for almost 5 years now. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Dr.Vigna is very caring and professional. Her staff Britney and Jenna and Lori and Paula and also Dr.Jennifer are all very pleasant always. This is truly a Family Practice and I enjoy coming here.

I love Dr. Vigna. Nothing but positive experiences with her and this office.

Today I had the most horrifyingly humiliating experience with Dr Vigna. Its a very long story involving a 4 month long illness, endless referrals with weeks and months long waits between appointments culminating in a visit to a rheumatologist who wanted to push a follow up for several more weeks at which point I burst into tears because of the never-ending circles of referrals, waits and follow ups that go nowhere. So I was already upset about that and stopped by the office without an appointment, not necessarily thinking that I would be seen right away but the kind woman at the front desk ushered me to the back, as I was visibly crying. Dr Vigna came in and immediately berated me for showing up without an appointment and then accused me that the problem was that according to her "you haven't done what you've been told to do!" At which point I said "Excuse me?" And she proceeded to tell me I had refused to get a spinal tap which is patently untrue. Her demeanor was utterly demeaning.

Wonderful, extremely smart and sympathetic, really listens openly, and communicates very clearly. Her medical insights are both broad and deep. Sincerely cares. Could not be a better MD.

Dr. Vigna is fantastic. She is my primary as well as the pediatrician for our 6 year old, 2 year old and soon to be new born! She listens, which is so important, especially with small children. I have so much confidence in her opinions and diagnosis. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Vigna is both my doctor and our pediatrician for our two girls. Her office is clean, parking is easy, her nurses Kathy & Brittany are warm and compassionate (as is Dr. V) and Dr. Vigna never makes me feel bad or self conscious about any issues we’re having. Her office staff take our calls graciously and everyone gets back to us promptly. I am so grateful to have these people to take my family to.

The person at front desk is COLD and UNPROFESSIONAL. Its a Drs office. People are coming to the Drs because they are dealing with health issues. Some kind of compassion and understanding and sensitivity needs to be given to the patients. They need to be greeted with kindness and respect. The patients are choosing you as a doctor. They don't HAVE to choose you. You are making it feel as if the patients are just a number and only money matters. SO DISGUSTED. The person at front desk is COLD and UNPROFESSIONAL. Its a Drs office. I'm extremely disappointed with this practice. I was a patient of Dr. Vigna's a few years ago but then had to switch insurance, which she didn't accept. Then I recently switched insurance again and according to their website it should have been accepted. I called to make an appointment for a suspected sinus infection for the following day. I asked if they took my insurance, attempted to give my info over the phone, and was assured that they had it in the system (how, I don't know, it's new insurance). The following day, 45 minutes before my appointment, Dr. Vigna's office called to tell me they are not accepting "new" patients with my insurance, but I can go to the walk in.. I made the appointment so I wouldn't have to go to the walk in and wait for an indefinite amount of time. With two small children at home and a husband who works a lot I only have short periods of time to take care of things like this. I won't be recommending this practice to anyone.
