Dr. Stone is super nice, but the office is clearly overloaded. The staff does not execute follow-up even with several reminders, they don't pass messages to the doctor, messages on the patient portal are not responded to, its impossible to get through via phone (the staff don't pick up and it goes straight to VM), and when I leave VM to set up an appointment, they don't call back. Update: they called me back A WEEK LATER leaving me a message saying that there was an opening on a date WITHOUT telling me what time. They also said that I should call back to confirm the appointment before the next day or the hold on the appointment would expire. I called them back four minutes later to find out the time of the this appointment and no one picked up the phone. Incredible. Dr. Stone is super nice, but the office is clearly overloaded. Dr. Stone, who is with Virginia Center for Health and Wellness in Aldie, is dedicated to her patients. She is supportive and encouraging. Her education and experience provide insight along with having a patient demeanor.. She is empathetic and genuine. If you have endocrine or hormonal issues, she is very knowledgable.

Dr. Stone has been the best doctor I’ve had in all my years dealing with Hashimoto’s & Lyme.
