Laura A Ruoff

The front office staff is horrible. They regularly “misplace” appointments that are scheduled and are impossible to get in touch with.

I am 16 years old and I am currently seeing Dr. Ruoff. Of the things that could have possibly gone wrong, I cant thing of one thing. I came out to her as transgender, and got the perfect response. She immediately started using my preferred name and pronouns, and she didn't ask any invasive or unnecessary questions on the topic. I honestly can't think of anything that Dr. Ruoff could do better. She is extremely attentive and compassionate about the struggles that I've told her about. If you're looking for a child/adolescent psychiatrist in Massachusetts, Dr. Ruoff is the best choice.

I am writing this review almost 16 years after seeing Dr. Laura Ruoff. I can tell you that I knew then and I know now that she was the BEST Psychiatrist I ever had for my daughter. She cares and listens and we’ve seen about 12 other psychiatrists she nice her. I was active duty Navy abs now retired. I told her then that I wish she could move with us. I never had a more professional and more compassionate psychiatrist. We love her!!!
