I have been going to Dr. mafuz for years and she has always been great. She is always on time, always pleasant to talk to, and thoroughly answers any questions or concerns I may have. Highly recommend for your eyecare needs!

I had an appointment for today for an eye exam as a new patient. I was advised at the time of booking to call when I arrived, which I did. Over the phone I was told that I was called 2 times and sent a postcard advising that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I never received either. My voicemail was NOT full, I had no missed calls, I check my mail daily AND I had TWO confirmation texts, one of which came this morning!!! I was to be a new patient today. I would not recommend this practice to anyone based on this outrageous experience. Over an hour of my day wasted, and I had taken the day off of work for nothing.
