I recently switched to Dr. Halverson, and she’s really help to me through some tough times. She really cares about trying to help her patients, knows her stuff, and is very professional. I really trust her judgement and am so glad I found her.

Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Appointments are available as early as 7:00 am. I have moved away from the Lamorinda area, but I still make the drive to see Dr Halvorsen. She is highly competent and makes an effort to reduce discomfort and keep her patients informed.

I love Dr Laura. I have been going to her for many years, and all my kids see her as well. She is a local parent and supporter of the community, really smart and excellent at everything she does, and a super warm and real person. Can’t imagine trusting my teeth to anyone else.

Can anyone look forward to going to the dentist? YES! DR. Laura is great, my dental hygienist (Laura) is best and entire staff helpful. Good office location with easy parking. Uses helpful tech assisted appt reminders. Appt slways on time! Great office vibe. Happy staff.

Dr. Halvorsen is a great dentist. She has a great team, is always on time and her work is exceptional. She is wonderful with cosmetic dentistry as well, and is meticulous about working toward the best outcome possible. We've been going to her for many years.

I would recommend Dr. Halverson to any one looking for a dentist in the East Bay. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable and takes her time to answer any questions you may have. She has done amazing work to my teeth! The staff from the front desk to the Hygienist’s are all wonderful people.

She was clear in her reasoning about my treatment. She was the first dentist I have met in a long time who didn’t want to over treat and seemed careful to explain why I needed a procedure but even more careful to say why I might not need something another dentist had suggested. Her staff was clear in our meeting about the total cost of my treatment plan in both time and money. They explained insurance coverage and any cost to me in addition. Laura's been our family dentist for years. She's great and so is her staff. She also doesn't intentionally misdiagnose cavities to run up the bill, which is a fairly prevalent issue among some dentists and something I've experienced personally. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the amount of time Dr. Halversen spent with me on Monday to deal with a very sore tooth. Enough time to diagnose the issue, remove the crown, fix the cavity and fit me with a temporary crown. To get all this done in one sort of last minute appointment exceeded my expectations.

I went to Dr. Havorsen to extract a tooth. She is very gentle, her skills superb. I thought she was still checking on the root, in the blink of an eye, she said the tooth was out! Dr. Havorsen and her team are very attentive to their patients, as soon as they see your teeth’s condition and X-ray, a very thoughtful treatment plan is born! The moment the hygienist starts working, your worry and anxiety go away. Her deep cleaning work is thorough, precise, high level, responsible, and powerful!

Professional, efficient, friendly environment. All take care of my teeth in the office and encourage me to do my part between visits.

I have had to reschedule my routine cleaning several times. When I call, the staff always answers, and cheerfully work with my schedule to find a time that works for me. There is very little turnover, my hygienist knows me, and I’m comfortable with the cleaning regimen. Dr Halvorsen is personable and efficient, working with my insurance for the best dental care plan. Always a great cleaning . I require super early appts before work and have been able to come in at 7am for years . Staff is friendly and highly competent . Dr Halverson is thorough and friendly . I appreciate that she is conservative in her recommended care and prescribing follow up care ie filling replacements only when really needed. Bright modern office and easy parking.
