Paid the 60$ for my online video medical card recommendation scheduled an appointment, got a faulty intake form that told me I had to contact the provider to continue. Dr Hightower & this telehealth service he recently started provides a huge benefit for any person needing professional medical services for non-serious illnesses. When not feeling well, no one wants to have to get out of their bed & home to go to a Drs office and/or urgent care (& possibly be exposed to more germs). Also, being in between insurance coverage options, I was able to very conveniently “see” (via video) & visit with a licensed physician at a very affordable cost. This service is a game changer & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Dr Hightower’s service. Thank you Dr Hightower. Dr Hightower is a good listener and is very thorough and prescribes effective treatments. He also takes the time to answer any questions you have. He also explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. The staff is skilled and friendly too!
