My father takes blood pressure medicine he takes two pills a day he has to take this medicine . He keeps up with what how many and what time of day to take them . It came time for this medicine to be refilled and he couldn't get no answer at first at the office this was on a Thursday well Friday came he had called the pharmacy which tried to get in touch with someone to refill it couldnt get a response from no one well he only has one day of it lefted that is for Friday . We went to the office first thing this morning and they assured my father it would be called in within the hour here it is almost 4:00 they close at 4:00 the pharmacy hasn't heard from them we can't get no one to answer the phone or it's either been busy been trying since 1:00 . I don't know what all the people that work there have on their minds but if they r gonna be in this line of work they need to do there jobs. If something happens to my father bcuz he couldn't get his medication the staff at this office will be confronted . Dr. Tao. will immediately refer you to a specialist when he feels it is necessary for his patient's health. He spends quality time with his patient and asks the correct questions on how you are doing to insure that his patient is doing well or to find out if there are any issues he needs to address.

I had a severe case of kidney problems, Dr Rao was very helpful in helping me with my problem, he really cared about me. Yes, i would see him anytime i have a problem, if he can't help you he will find someone that can. Thank you Dr Rao

He knows how to turn on the good doctor charm for his patient's families but this doctor does not listen to his patients...I have seen him 'listen' to their chest while his stethoscope stays on his neck..never makes it to his ears. He tells you what you want to hear about your loved ones.
