Dr. Kyong Yol Ko

Dr is extremely straight forward, almost rude. Wouldn't let me talk nor explain in depth about certain issues and somewhat disregarded what I had to say. Waited about an hour and was with the doctor for about 1 minute, and that's not an exaggeration. Said they would "refer" me to a specialist, in which I tried explaining I've been trying to see a specialist and the wait times are insane, so they handed me a list of people to call and said "just call one of them", in which I had already talked to most on that list. If you're looking for better care, a doctor who listens, and actually seems like they care, this is not the place to go. Maybe for simple ailments like coughs, colds, general sicknesses, but not for anything else that can be easily treated by a standard family practitioner or even nurse.

Doctor Ko is very friendly and straight forward but I switched doctors due to his rude unprofessional staff. I would definitely return if he could settle down his staffs treatment of his clients

LA señora k contesta el telefono, contesto bien y todas mis preguntas !! The lady who answered the phone was very nice and polite! !

Dr. Ko is a very good Dr. I have been with him for 13 yrs. I cant say the same about the staff. They are rude and mean especially if you get there before their lunch time. They will throw the sigh- in sheet at you. I was there at 11am and they told me they couldnt take me. That i have to be there by 10:30.

Love the way he is very straight forward

Dr ko is the best 5 stars for him but most of the staff always talking about other stuff and to slow and always to busy talking about other things not work related

I've been to Dr. Ko many times in the past and really like him personally, but.... his staff in the office are unprofessional, rude, and down right horrible. The girl that answers the phone and makes the appts. is not willing to help, and acts like you're bothering her if you need a little extra information or service. When you pay for service you should at least be treated with a minimum of respect, and she refuses to do even that. It's a shame! The nurses are very helpful, Dr.Ko is a great to have as your main care provider.

I'd rate him 5 stars if he would spend a little more time with one as a patient. Typical time seen by the Doctor runs from 2 to 5 minutes. The clinic staff is great!
