Dr. Avery is someone you call a remarkable doctor that listens to his patients, cares for them and makes the best decision that he can with the circumstances his patients are having. He is definitely not replaceable.

He is amazing. Thank you for taking care of my mom and me. Enjoy retirement you deserve it. I will miss you as my doctor.

I have always thought I have received good care from Dr. Avery.

Dr. Avery is knowledgeable and respectful. He is great with my kids and really gets to know his patients.

We have been patients of Dr. Avery's for 18+ years. We trust his advice, treatments and know we are in good hands. We especially, appreciate his professionalism and personable approach. He is a model of what a Family Doctor should be. His expertise is evident because he always has a med student with him; many that we really like. Dr. Avery is an asset to Sure Care.

All went well until I had a blood draw at the end of my consultation with Dr. Avery, at this request. The young tech wasn't up to the task and my blood was everywhere, including the floor, but not in the collection tubes. She summoned Dr. Avery's nurse (I don't know how to spell her name) and she came to my rescue and finished drawing my blood. A very bad experience for me.

I came in to figure out what was causing my knee pain. Dr. Avery checked the area and determined it was Bursitis.

Smooth visit. Wait times relatively short. Dr Avery is very professional, as always.

Dr. Avery has been my family doctor for many years. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I am lucky to have found him so very long ago.

Dr. Avery is the best, he is knowledgeable and explains everything so even non medical people can understand. I recommend him 110% if you want a great Dr.

I was losing weight for a few months, went to various doctors, no one could figure out why I was losing weight, I was tired all the time, I went from 220 pounds down to 185 pounds! Dr. Avery looked at all the tests that was run on me and immediately told me that I had Chronic Pancreatitis! He sent me to a digestive specialist in Dayton, Dr. Akbar! Dr. Akbar put me on a new medication and now I've gained my weight back and feel great, thank you Dr. Avery! He is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend him!

Extremely Competent, flexible, and reliable on many fields from pediatrics to geriatrics if he doesnt have the answer off the top of his head, he knows where to find it. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Avery is always great. You can usually get an appointment for the same day if you need it and call in when they open at 7 a.m. and I really appreciate that.

Filling out the questionnaire in MyChart before the visit was easy and cut down on appointment time.

All the staff was wonderful and very helpful and Dr Avery is such a wonderful physician he's the only one trust!

Dr. Avery is a great provider, and I am always happy with my care. The medical assistant this time, however, rushed through all of the vitals and did not record them correctly. I advised her that the BP she got was too high for me, and she did not offer to recheck it. The doctor rechecked it and got something entirely different. I saw that my pulse on the pulse oximeter was 57, but she recorded my pulse as 84. Seemed to me that she was just making up numbers!

I have seen Dr. Avery for over a decade now. He has a genuine bedside manner, always smiling and pleasant. He is extremely intelligent and ensures to provide patient specific education at every visit to ensure I understand my plan of care. My mom has also seen him for over a decade and we would highly recommend him to all of our friends and family.

The doctor is always 30+ minutes late seeing me. I'd like for him to be much more timely.

I find the assistant at the front check in are usually rude and the wearing of the mask should be my given rite if I want to not be forced by the staff and treated different because of my rite to choose not to wear one
