Very impersonal and rude. It took forever to get discharged from RWJ Somerset.

Appointment went very well.Was very informative from both doctor and pleasant staff perspective .No negative things to complain about. Office will shortly move to new building on site with owners who are better with building maintenance .office visit was on time with my appointment

Dr Ramaswamy's staff is incredibly rude and in my opinion incredibly unprofessional. He overbooks patients so you will always have a long wait. His staff wont treat you like a person, will be rude to you, and will act like helping you is a bother. Ive had nurses give me the wrong name over the phone, refuse to connect me to the doctor or let me know when he'll be available for a question. I was a patient in this office for over 10 years and saw it go from fine to bad to worse. If you can pick someone else, do it. If you're a patient there, get out before you need an emergency referral for surgery and you get told you're not really a patient because you're on the phone and not there in person, even though you're on vacation in California and you need surgery. #truestory

I have been seeing Dr Ramaswamy since he took over Dr Laura Rivera's practice, he is a very good Dr, spot on with my issues.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Ramaswamy's for about 15 years. He is excellent. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. He never rushes you out of the office, takes his time, and ensures that all your questions or concerns have been addressed. I refer my own patients to him too. His staff are also very nice.
