When we first visited Ms. Barnett we mentioned specific issues going on in our back. She was good at selling “fear” by using a handheld device on our backs that was able to generate an image of “problem” areas in seconds and by playing videos on loop of how chiropractic care can heal you of all diseases. We went along with it anyway with the hope that she was genuine and would at least target our lower back issues. We also did standard X-rays. The problems started here: showing us X-rays of other real patients and not covering up their names/details. This makes me wonder how many ppl have also seen ours. Secondly, her treatments in no way targeted our problem areas. It always became a quick in and out of the usual popping and cracking. After months of this we asked for a refund. Her tone began with “concern” for our health and then quickly degraded to, “well you’re gonna owe us for the non contractual rate”.
