I was initially refer to dr rafkin when I had my son. But i ended up seeing dr McGregor insted because of certain reason. I love her as my son pediatrician, she is very caring and welcoming. But it's just sad to say that I am deciding on finding my son a new pediatrician all because of the secretary that is in that office. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. It's like you are bothe at all time. I dont want to spend my time in an environment with somone like that. One bad apple spoil the whole bunch, and that's exactly what she is doing to that environment. Good luck to anyone and staff but my son will not be going back there. This review is for the office staff and not the physician staff. I would've loved to have seen these physicians but because of the good reviews they have; but the person at the front desk was by far the rudest person I've come across in a while. Without going into detail I can say that customer service is not her forte or main priority. As a whole their priority is not answering the phones and definitely not returning phone calls I will never go back and will never recommend this place because of the horrible experience I had. I was actually referred by a family friend for doc Mcgregar because I heard she was an amazing doctor. But there is a problem with the white hair bald headed lady at the front desk. I’m sorry to sound rude but that was the worst welcoming I’ve ever encountered. On all levels, she was completely unprofessional. I heard her talking about me to doctor Mcgregar and I decided to take my son else where. I would never recommend this place to anyone! I love the doctors at their office located in bloomfield on jolley drive and I have been coming here for 20+ years. However their front desk staff has always (for as long as I can remember) been rude, and condescending and I didnt know where else to leave a review about this office.. ESPECIALLY the older lady with the short white hair. I cant believe that someone's attitude could be so disgusting. I wanted my kids to have the same doctor that I had for sentimental reasons but I cant deal with her anymore. It's sad. Dr. Mcgregor has been in our family from since when my older brother was born. He is now 29 years old. She is AMAZING!!!!! She was my pediatrician as well and my younger brothers doctor. Dr. McGregor is now my sons pediatrician (8 months) and my niece's pediatrician (1 1/2 years old). I love Dr. McGregor.

My entire family has Dr. McGregor as our kids physicians. She is awesome, her staff is awesome.

As a local physician myself, I'm very picky about where I send my children. Dr. McGregor came highly recommend by several friends. Dr. McGregor is kind, professional, and thorough. We did a lot of research on local pediatricians before choosing her and are very happy with our decision. I highly recommend her!

Dr. McGregor was my children's pediatrician for 8 years. I recently moved out of the area and am so sad that I need to find a new Dr. for them; it's going to be hard to find someone that compares. I was always able to get an appointment when the kids came down with something, the office was always running on time, and my kids received excellent care. Great practice!

Omg Dr. Mcgregor and Rifkin are amazing!!!!! I have three siblings we all had them as a dr. The best!! Thank my mom all the time for giving me such great doctors!
