Gave me sufficient time to discuss any issues of concern,I consider this to be important.Often times appts to Dr's are rushed.

Dr. Gildersleeve has always handled issues promptly and effectively. She has always taken time and really listens. I've been highly satisfied with her treatment and any referrals she's given me.

I was satisfied with her recommendation concerning my issue.Felt comfortable with our discussion.

Dr. Kristin Gildersleeve has been my pcp for many years. She cares about her patients and treats them with respect. She honors their opinion and input. She is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Gildersleeve has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years, as well mt children's doctor. She is everything I want my doctor to be... knowledge, compassionate, open to discussing all my concerns and willing to acknowledge what is and isn't her expertise. I am grateful she is our family doctor.

Dr G. Has been my PCP for most of my life and I trust her with anything. I can always count on her office to be there for me when something comes up that impacts my health. She’s not just my doctor but like family to me.

Kristin and her entire staff are some of the most capable, knowledgeable, caring, and skilled people that I have had the pleasure to work with. Whether it’s an in person visit or virtual, I have never felt more cared for in a doctor’s office. Brilliant.

Dr G is EXCELLENT; however inability to get an appointment & then front desk staff lying & saying she isn’t there (as I see her walk by) because someone neglected to put said appointment in calendar has me searching for a new MD after 20 years.

Dr. Gildersleeve and her 1st class staff are among the best physicians in southeastern Ct! You will never feel rushed or leave their office wishing you had more face-to-face time with the practitione who cared for you. They are all extremely knowledgeable about whatever it may have been that brought you to their office. Best doctor friendly and. Professional staff are amazing

Since my very first office visit with Dr. Kristin Gildersleeve I have been very fond of her... I feel that she knows me personally.. she remembers personal facts about me. She is a wonderful person and a great doctor.. I hope to be able to keep her as my doctor for many more years.. I'm 82 now...

The appointment was disappointing and frustrating. Gildersleeve offered barely any explanation or comments on the symptoms I was having, despite me being extremely worried, and I felt as though I was the last appointment of the day and she was rushing to go home. Furthermore, she said she would get me into a cardiologist to which I never got a call and had to call back almost a week later to get the run around from the receptionist to finally get an appointment 2 weeks since the primary appointment. It’s my heart, it’s important and scary and since there was no explanation and it’s still happening daily I would have thought it would have held somewhat of an importance. Also being told to get back in touch when Hilding is back at the end of the next month also was worrisome. The appointment was disappointing and frustrating. Went to get my Covid vaccine and was very quick and no problems

The doctor was prompt and appointment time waiting was not long and although it was the end of the day he spent the time necessary for me to understand what he was saying.

Best Dr I have ever had! I trust Dr. Gildersleeve as her diagnosis have always been spot on! I am lucky to be her patient!

Dr. G came in for my annual physical and sat down and just talked, as if no other appointments were waiting, for at least 15 minutes. It is so refreshing to be treated like a person! Her staff was also competent and polite as always.

Dr. G. Is very personable and down to earth and makes me feel comfortable when discussing medical issues. Was with my former PCP for 30 yrs. and am very satisfied to make the decision to part ways for reasons I don't wish to expound on or to verbally bash anyone. Glad I took the advise of my wife and mother-in-law to give Dr. G. a try. Since then my son and daughter are now patients as well. The only downside I see is the office is 35 mins. from home and I wish it was closer but it's not a deal breaker. Dr. G. Dr. Guildersleeve is great to deal with and listens to her patients. She has a great approach to patient care and wants to see them be as healthy as possible. She is straight forward but not rude or condescending. It is comforting to know she is my primary, specially when things go wrong!

Careful, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, and smart. Listened and was calm and unrushed. Feel very lucky to have her as my physician.

Easy and convenient to use.

Staff and doctor very helpful and knowledgeable.

Answered all my questions, supplied useful information, a very productive appointment.

Dr. Gildersleeve listens with true concern and doesn’t dismiss anything I say. I feel confident in her advice and care.

Dr Gildersleeve is caring, well informed, knowledgeable, and thorough. Her staff is supportive and professional. If only I could duplicate this amazing Doctor and her staff when my spouse and I retire out of state!

Dr. Gildersleeve is a warm and caring clinician and she always takes her time with me. She is very thorough and takes her time to answer any questions. The rest of the staff are friendly and on top of things.

Dr. Kristin Gildersleeve has been my primary physician for many years. I have always been thankful for having found a doctor that listens and then works with the patient to heal them. She is patient and understanding. You will hard pressed to find another like her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gildresleeve for several years. My daughter and grandchildren are as well. She always gives plenty of her time during your visit, never have I felt rushed. I also have never waited more than five minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Gildrersleeve has a very refreshing no nonsense approach to providing care. She is extremely thorough, and I trust her completely. She has always made time in a very busy schedule to see either myself or my grandchildren. She compliments her practice with a very friendly and experienced staff who always get things done and done correctly. It's a very upbeat office even when your'e not feeling so great. I will never change from her practice for my reasons. I highly recommend her care. It is my opinion that if a physician knows everything from pediatric to geriatric care, soup to nuts! Wonderful Doctor. Kristin is kind, patient, understanding & professional. I feel privileged to have known and been treated by her as my (PMD)Primary Medical Doctor for the past 20+ years. Worst place ever!! If you want good care don't go there. Dr Freedman is very rude unprofessional and a very Nasty woman. So please don't recommend this place at all not even to my worst enemy

Just met my new pcp. She was very nice, asked all the right questions, listened to my answers, and took care of my needs. I think I will stay.

Is not patient-centered; does not listen to patients. Lacks genuine interest in you as a human being. Has taken on too many patients, no time to schedule emergency appointments; no time to even talk to you on the phone. Has set up the admin staff like guard dogs to prevent you from seeing the Dr. Tried to get an MRI ordered, but she was too busy to see me. Tried to get an MRI read, but she couldn't even find the results which were sent to her.
