im never able to get in w any of the krisgnamoorthis but i am always able to get what i want when i see Brian. Brian and Navjeet are excellent providers and Samantha is a wonderful administrative medical assistant. I would give each of them 5 stars. The 1 star review is for Agatha and the medical assisting staff, specifically, Veronica. Veronica is extremely rude, unprofessional and has very poor bed side manner. I have experienced Veronica's behavior on 3 seperate visits and it is definitely a pattern. Due to several disappointing and frustrating interactions (today's visit for my 2yr old: 12.10.19) was the 3rd and final Veronica experience. After leaving the office today I moved my family of 4 from the Waterford Krishnamoorthi K. Practice to Sutter in Turlock. I have tried to stay local so I am very disappointed in having to leave Navjeet, Brian and Waterford behind. Hopefully this review is taken seriously and adjustments are made. I normally do not leave negative reviews (40+ positve reviews from my profile) but Veronica's behavior/incompetency is egregious. Because of this Dr I am alive today also my husband , he spotted a problem with my heart and cancer in my husband early EARLY sent us to the specialist we needed in time to be cured . This Dr and his staff are all wonderful would never go anywhere else!

I just became a patient of Dr Krishnamoorthi mainly for the purpose of being able to have Agatha as my family's and my NP. She was the NP at my old PCP DrWahid in Patterson Ca. After seeing Wahid for many years (over 5) and never getting any answers about my husbands health, Agatha came along and started giving us the right referrals to the right specialists and we finally started getting answers and the care he needed. She was a God send! ...our 15 and 4yo sons love her and we can't wait to see her as our NP again. Agatha is amazing and knows what she's doing! If you want answers to your health Aggy is the one! Trying to get a prescription renewed is incredibly trying. My pharmacy called in three times, and could not get a call back to verify the prescription. I had to go down to the doctor's office to get the front office staff to call the pharmacy. This is not the first time this has happened, and it's unacceptable.

Love this staff and the doctors are amazing found out my dad had cancer and help him treat it thanks guys

This wonderful man has been my dr for over 25 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's very committed to healing his patients and I always know he will come up with a plan to help me. Very kind staff as well!

Right now very frustrated trying to get through to his office to find out about our prescriptions that was out of as of Sat. 6/18 . Called office and all we get is answering service. Our pharmacy Boies drug has not received refills. Pain Meds is Narcos that we are out of . I made a mistake and changed to Walmart then back to Boies and messed us up Please prescribe/
