With Dr Cater for almost a decade for routine check-ups with no problems. 01/2020 I had very serious spinal issues & lost partial use of my right leg. Dr Cater would NOT refer me to the spine clinic and instead insisted I go to Pain Management. She was very clear I would not be reporting back to her, Pain Management would take care of all of my health care needs. I am very happy to report St Luke's North set me up with the Spine Clinic and I am now receiving proper care without pain killers and steroid injection. She is a great doctor, I highly recommend.

Dr. Cater is a jewel among doctors. She is patient, relational, and LISTENS to concerns, questions, and ideas. I always leave feeling I have experienced great care and concern as well as a partnership. I highly recommend her as a family doctor. I followed her from her Platte City office, to her Barry Road office and to her Smithville office. She's worth the drive. I have not found anything she hasn't been willing to work with me--from procedures to prescriptions, she works with me and for me. Dr. Cater is a jewel among doctors. I have a hard time even calling this person a Doctor. To be more precise, this Doc is why people hate doctors.

Dr Kimberly cater was very unprofessional when dealing with me with getting my prescription situation took care of. She blocked me from responding to her message on the portal. Wouldn’t recommend dr Kimberly cater.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cater for 8+ years. I appreciate her ability to be straight forward with her patients and provide valuable instruction and feedback in all areas of general practice. I highly recommend Dr. Cater to anyone seeking a primary care physician.
