Wonderful caring staff and Dentist .They are all very Kind, Compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. The punctuality for appointment time is amazing. I rarely wait at all when I go . They are usually ready when i walk in. I’m so glad I chose them for my dental care after my other dentist retired years ago.

Edited! After checking with my insurance I would like to state this is the correct practice and my review stands as it is. For the practice to not have my information and "claim" I was not a patient to explain away terrible bedside manners just kind of confirms to me that I was correct in my assessment. Thank you! I thought I reviewed earlier, however did not. I have bad teeth due to a mixture of genetics and no insurance..I am also scared to death of a dentist haha. I came here because the reviews made me feel like Id be in good hands. I went before covid and once I got insurance ( finally). I had 2 broken and infected teeth that had been problematic for 5 years :( They were not the kind sweet demeanor I expected. They were not understanding of the fact I could not open my mouth wide and loud due to swelling. In fact they became pushy and almost rude to be frank. Condescending, unkind and not a good experience. If you have general teeth issues and are a normal person who does not have a direct fear of the dentist youll be fine. Im sure they are great. Anyone beyond that? I cannot advise or recommend going here. I did get the referral for a surgeon who was fabulous. This office? Will not go back. Edited! I went in for a routine cleaning with a healthy mouth and left with a mouth infection that now requires antibiotics. The dental hygienist performed an evaluation of my gums I have never experienced before. I was told it was done yearly. It involved her poking the gums under each tooth with a sharp metal tool, often leaving them bleeding. I didn’t think much of it but left feeling weird. That night I had some pain but assumed it would subside and I brushed and used mouthwash like normal. Two days later and my mouth is in a ton of pain. I was taking pain medicine and couldn’t eat or drink. A trip to a medical doctor and antibiotics later and I’m trying to heal. I talked with many others and this doesn’t seem like a normal thing done. This isn’t even going into the staff. On the surface they seemed pleasant but I left feeling very upset and like they had been quite abrupt and rude. I’m very disappointed and sad because I wanted to like this dentist a lot! I was hoping I finally found a forever dentist after my old dentist retired. I just can’t recommend them though. I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for a few years now, and I absolutely love her. She knows what she is doing and is incredibly warm, friendly and professional. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone looking for good treatment.

Dr. Arnold helped get me out of pain and her team were so sweet during the process. I’m a big baby when it comes tooth pain and her team got me in quickly, even as a non-patient, and took great care of me.

I’m am more than pleased with Kim and her staff I had a filing that came out and my old dentist gave me an appointment 3 weeks away. So I called around to find someone to help me . I called The office and Kerri got me in that day n I decided right then to switch. She keeps time slots open for emergencies. Which is a blessing! I called to schedule an appointment and was seen promptly. All of the staff were great. Dr. Arnold was very professional and did a great job with the procedure with no pain whatsoever. Even the checkout receptionist was extremely nice and talkative. Will definitely go back again.

I was told there would not be a fee for a consultation and then after I was done I owed them $117. Not recommended.

My dentist sent me to Dr. Arnold when she closed her practice. I was very loyal to my dentist and worried about a new one. However, I haven't had anything to be worried about. They are great!

All staff very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr Arnold very kind and took her time with me. Had tooth extracted with no pain. Would highly recommend this dentist!
