Dr Spence is a very detail, orientated doctor, with a caring heart and intelligent mind !

Had to do a telaheath appointment and it worked out perfectly.

Dr Spence is new to me as a primary care Dr. He is excellent at identifying and addressing health issues and has the demeanor to be an advocate for his patients success in dealing with them. I highly recommend him as a very good Dr. and a great guy.

Dr. Spence has been my primary family care doctor for over 16 years. I saw Dr. Spence for my Annual physical couple days ago. He was very thorough addressing my health concerns. I finally follow his advice on changing my eating habits and with that I lost 24 pounds. We covered all pertinent areas of my physical.

I saw Dr. Spence for my Annual physical. He was very thorough addressing my health concerns and I did not feel rushed at all. We covered all pertinent areas of my physical. He got back to me with my lab results in a very timely manner and explained the results to my satisfaction. All in all a very good visit with a friendly competent doctor.

Dr Kim Spence has been my primary health care provider for the last 30 years. Kim always explains my current and/or possible health concerns & conditions in terms that make sense to me & I can always ask questions & he is always open to discussions regarding my health care. I feel very fortunate to have a primary health care provider that is/has always there for me. I am a long-time patient of Dr. Spence. He is one of the Most knowledgeable doctors in the valley. He has helped me through many phases of my life taking care of my physical and mental well-being. Dr. Spence is a compassionate and experienced practitioner. We are lucky he calls his RFV home.

I went to see Dr. Spence for my physical and update on my blood work the other day. As always, he listened to me and considered my concerns as he talked to me about ways to improve my health. I am relatively healthy and have no immediate issues that need to be resolved yet he took the time to understand how I like to go about my health care. I never felt rushed or pressured to take a course of action that I was not comfortable with. I believe that Dr. Spence genuinely cares about his patients which is why I have been seeing him for years. I highly recommend Dr. Spence for anyone needing a primary care doctor.

A regularly scheduled review of my health

I had a teleconference with Dr. Spence. The phone app that was used to collect information was less than wonderful, but the conference itself was very solid and the doctor was very helpful.

I had 2 issues which Dr. Spence assessed and provided treatment. He listens well and is an excellent problem solver. I’m totally confident in his judgement and medical diagnosis.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Spence for an annual wellness exam. He was very thorough, answered all my question, and took all the time needed to answer my questions. He uploaded notes from the visit the same day, including x-notes and recommendations. I feel fortunate to have a great primary care physician like Dr. Spence in our community

Doctor Spence is one of the most thorough physicians that I’ve ever used. He doesn’t rush, he explains things clearly and takes his time to gather information.
