I have know Dr Shukairy for a long time. He is great.Staff is friendly.

Last week was a horrible week for me, I woke up on Monday and broke my nose, the bone was completely smashed over to the side. I seriously couldn’t look at myself, i’m only 18 so I was really scared about everything. I went to see Dr Shukairy the following Wednesday, we went over everything and set up my deviated septum surgery for Saturday. After my surgery (which was quick and easy) I got my splint taken off the following weekend and had my old nose back in less than 2 weeks. Seriously, it looks exactly how it used to. It’s straight, you cant tell it was even broken. All my anxiety is gone. Dr Shukairy and staff are EXCELLENT! We didn't have to wait long to be seen at all, only a few minutes. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews I read on here, but after we got there and talked to his staff, we were treated with such kindness and they walked us through the entire process. My daughter and I were relieved! You can trust Dr Shukairy 100%. It's truly such a blessing that we could receive Top Notch medical care from an awesome surgeon like this. My family and I were devastated when my daughter fell and smashed her nose! Dr Shukairy fixed her nose 100% and it looks beautiful!! So thankful!! He's a true artist in his work. Waiting is ridiculous.... 1 hoir past appointment time or more.

Every single visit you will wait and hour or more past your appointment time. I have wated an entire waiting room fill up and empty.

This doctor doesn't know what he's talking about saying there's nothing wrong with my ears even though I've been getting ear infections every 3 months I don't recommend this place for anyone not even for kids because obviously he doesn't care I even waiting almost an hour just for him to see me

Not happy that I brought my son in about 5 months ago, was told he needed tonsils removed and that I would be contacted within a couple weeks, and then never got a call. I’ve called twice after the appointment to ask what’s going on and was told the person who schedules surgeries was very behind. So I called that person myself, left a message, never got a call back. Extremely unprofessional. My son is 3 and gets extreme sick every month for an entire week from tonsillitis. Visiting a different ENT and will never refer this office. Dr Shukairy performed a tongue tie surgery on my 1 year old son and did a phenomenal job! He’s knowledgeable and very good at his work! He was in and out during our appt but he’s a Surgeon so that’s normal I guess!

Love the Dr and the receptionist they are so nice

I have only visited once but so far I have only had a great experience. Fingers crossed!

Very good dr, he fixed my nose problem after I was in an car accident. Nice and caring office employees as well.

Waist of time told them i had ringing in my ears they gave me a hearing test told me i couldn't here high pitch sounds i was like really ihave a high pitch ring in my ear they did nothing big waist of my time so dont waist yours

Absolutely horrible my nostrils look worse than before he repaired my deviated septum. Not at all symmetrical.

Went to doctor shukairy for ear and mouth pain, he said it was artritious, ended up being cancer. He saw it, didn't tell, thank God another doctor found it or I would be Dead

Although most the reviews for Dr Shukairy are bad I still decided to give it a shot and judge for myself. I wish I wasn't so brave. All the negative reviews are true. This Dr doesn't give a single care. He didn't even look me in the eyes. He pretended to look in my throat and ears and walked out after 2 minutes. He charged me $80 to tell me to schedule another appointment for a balance test. I ended up getting the inside scoop from a former employee too late. He's careless. Out for your money. Im glad I got a second opinion. No balance test needed by my second doctor, since he actually looked in my ear lol easy fix and way cheaper fix after all. Our appointment for my 3 year old son was at 2pm and we didn’t get taken back to a room until 2:54pm. Over scheduling is a huge problem here ! No way they are following the state laws with social distancing they have people in and out with no sense of order. The young women at the front desk did her best to help us but over all I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Reception staff are very nice. However I've been here 3 times with my eight year old daughter and there is always a 30 minute or more wait to get into a room. Then there's another 30 minute wait once you're in there for the doctor to come in. He's only in the room for maybe 2 minutes, never look at you when speaking and always has a reason for you to come back. Never again. Reception staff are very nice. Appointment was 130. Sat in car until 2 then had to sit in waiting room anyways no mask because of medical problems. Was there 1/2 hr. Then taken to get test done. Then again taken back to same waiting room for a while more.then got to see dr. It keek a few min to come in. Not very friendly. Felt more like a number than a person. Finally got home almost 5pm. Very SWEET STAFF!!!!! Dr. Shukairy was just as polite and did surgery on my deviated septum which I had done years before but the recovery was way faster this surgery and breathing great less than a week afterwards...Explained my hearing loss that was found as well and what to expect from it since nothing can be done about the ringing in my ears. Very little wait at all there and again everyone I encountered that day at his office that he has were helpful, kind, and very understanding. The office was very clean as well as the rooms you are in till he hss finished his duty as an awesome ENT DOCTOR HANDS DOWN!!!! In Texas surgery was not the issue the next month was. Could nof breathe nose all stopped up felt like 3 months I would recommend him and will to some one asking if I know one now. The Dr and Staff are AWESOME Very SWEET STAFF!!!!! I think Dr. Shukairy is very qualified and he comes well recommended. However his scheduler put up continual roadblocks to the surgery I agreed to for my mother, who was having severe nosebleeds. We agreed to the surgery twice, and it was blocked both times by the scheduler. I was told various reasons that were not valid. My mother has Medicare and full supplemental insurance that covers everything with no requirement for pre-authorizations. I'm not sure what her problem is, but the Doctor should be aware of this.

Excellent, he did emergency Rhinoplasty on me in 2015, after repeated trips to ER For uncontrollable nose bleeds. Horrific experience having Corterized by ER Did not resolve. He was a blessing. Great bedside manner, kind , courteous & Genuine.

Wasn't satisfied with service

DISGUSTING. Didn’t even see the doctor because the waiting area was so gross, loud, & over packed. You could not pay me enough money to go back there.

The Dr. would not listen to me. He just wanted to run his our test. Still having the same problem. Go to another Dr. save ur money.

Waiting 2 hours after your appointment time just to be taken into a second waiting room. The patient's time has no value! Rude staff and a complete disregard for courtesy!

Potentially smart MD. Ridiculous waits. Incompetent staff. MD: Shukairy appears to be intelligent, but he chalks everything up to an allergy and puts you on Zyrtek. That is not a cure for Tinnitis and I'm not into taking unneeded medication. He also is very impatient and bounces with cookie cutter responses that address nothing. WAIT: The wait is excruciating and waxed into 2 hrs before we got a room. Families are bunched into one visit and one room which means there could be 5 ppl being seen in each room. STAFF: During a follow-up visit, Shukairy told his staff member to clean the wax from a minor child's ears. She aggressively did so, rupturing the area and causing significant pain and bleeding. No response from Shukairy. The child spent two days using ice-packs, heating pads, and pain killers to quell the pain in his ear and throat. He ultimately had to go to PCP and was placed on antibiotics to prevent any infection from developing which could cause loss of hearing. ALSO: They appear to not clean the instruments between patients. The nose scope - nothing. No wipes - nothing. Long story short: I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS MD. Potentially smart MD.
