Dr. Ariel Ponce

I had allergic reaction to blood pressure medication and went to the hospital and they thought my throat was gonna close. Ponce in front of all the people in the waiting office told me if I ever go to emergency without checking with him first he would discharge me. Glad I got a new doctor

Don't understand how the office personal is so rude, I was scheduled for a meet and greet. I made arrangements with my work to be able to meet that date and time. Then get a call a week before the appointment, in need to reschedule. They (office personal) stated the doctor can take a holiday off, I was just surprised that someone (the office personal) made an appointment for a meet and greet knowing that it was a holiday..... So an appointment was rescheduled. Then I get a call from them and the office personal stated the they want to cancel the new appointment and doesn't what to reschedule. They stated that the doctor stated that they did not think I would be a "good fit". Very frustrating on trying to get a new doctor. Dr. Ponce is an amazing doctor. He is everything you could want or need in a doctor. He listens to everything you have to say and is very understanding. Dealing with the front desk staff is very stressful. They do answer the phone when you call, unlike some offices. But it is always a challenge when speaking with them. I reccomend this office to others! It's easy to get an appt and quickly if needed! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! Doctor takes the time needed and he is very supportive in areas needed to achieve good health. He is eager to provide info in all areas of concern to get on the best regimen and he is very supportive andceasy to talk to in the iffice and over the phone when needed. Dr. Ponce and the staff are wonderful and caring professionals. They always listen and treat me with respect and thoroughness. Dr. Ponce clearly has his patient’s well being at the forefront of his care. Also I seem to have hard veins to find but they are patient and get what they need. Amazing dr. actually listens to his patients. He is there for me during the hardest part of my life. Treats me like a human being.

I was immediately greeted by friendly professional faces. Waiting room was warm and inviting. I did not have to wait to meet with Dr. Ponce. My first impressions are: extremely knowledgeable, caring, and willing to serve the patient’s needs! My biggest surprise was how quickly they made follow up appointments!!

Dr. Ponce is has taken care of me and my family for several years. He is a great doctor and always available for our needs. He goes above and beyond o treating my diabetes. When I had no Insurance he provided my with samples to assist me until my I surface situation was worked out. I highly recommend him.

If I could sum up my experiences in one word, that word would have to be "disappointing ". The office staff is horribly inconsistent in their jobs. They don't adhere to posted times for lunches or openings and closings. It's gotten so bad over the last 8 yrs that I have completely left the ascension genesys Healthcare system. I love Dr Ponce, Teresa NP and the staff!! They all talk directly to you not at ypu. Their all very friendly and really good at listening. All questions and concerns are addressed. They all take thd time to be sure everything is clear and you understand all the meds, treatment to all that is needed!! Dr Ponce & Teresa the NP are both kind, caring and compassionate. They both take all the time that is needed for each appt! They really go the extra mile!! New school approach with the very best old school feel! All of their staff are also OUTSTANDING making every visit an excellent experience!!!

He is really good with all three of my kids and my husband and me we are really glad to have a doctor like him

Incredible doctor that is very thoughtful and kind. That does his best to provide great care for his patients. He goes out of his way to make sure you are back on your feet.

Dr Ponce cares about his patients! He always makes time available for the appointments you have, he spends quality time with you and listens to you. I trust and value him, and my daughter is now a patient and likes going for her visits. Very satisfied with our caregiver.

This doctor is great. He was amazing with my kids and I have a very stubborn little guy. He takes his time getting to know you. And you do feel like he truly cares. Dr. Ponce is a fantastic doctor. I've been going to his office since I was 14 and he has connected with me since day 1. He understands everyone is different and doesn't stop til his patients are happy, taken care of, and satisfied. He also enjoys messing with his staff and makes everyone laugh while doing so.

Doc addresses your concerns and treats you, the patient, rather than the disease. He makes certain you understand and are comfortable with the treatment plan and that there are no unwanted side effects.

Dr Ponce and his staff are always kind and caring towards me and my family. It's a 30 min drive one way to see him but definitely with it.
