I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. My husband was recently in the ER and wanted to schedule a follow up visit and we never got a return phone call and it has been 2 months. Whenever we try to call, the line is busy or we are put on prolonged holds. Not to mention the front desk people try to patrol the callers and act like they do not want to transfer messages to the physician. Also, he has never listened to my heart or lungs, not even for a physical.

I have seen Dr. O'Neal for over a decade and have been very happy with him as my physician.

Dr. O'Neal did not refer me to specialist or help me when I truly needed it. I visited his office with dizziness and fatigue 5 times over a year and a half and he always found some other reason; dehydration, lack of sleep, vitamins, stress. He said it would be too much trouble to go through all the tests. Went to an ENT: I had a severe sinus infection that required strong antibiotics. The tests were no big deal and gave me peace of mind. I am better but waiting and trusting O'Neal was wrong.

I have been to Dr. O Neal several times with regards to quitting smoking and he has been extremely patient and helpful with me each time I have gone. He has been a big help!
