Dr. Heine is wonderful!! After all, it is DR. HEINE!!!! I would recommend him to anyone and I have been going to him for many years now. Answering the phone and getting someone is the difficult part of dealing with his office. I know they are busy....but.....

Downplays everything rude, hard to get into or through to....Office staff is some of the worst in the ????.

Husband sees Dr. Heine. Doctor himself has been good to him. Office staff not so good. It takes a very long time to receive a call back when you have concerns or need to schedule a procedure. Also worked on getting a prior authorization for a med that Dr. Heine wanted husband to have with absolutely no luck. Person I spoke with about the prior authorization complained twice during two conversations about how she hates Humana. So sorry that’s my insurance. Still isn’t on med. Horrible. Extremely rude and accused me of stealing medication when it was proven the nurse had given it to me. He talked down to me and made me feel stupid and crazy.

I saw Dr. H for a colonoscopy and EGD. I am also a nurse. I chose to see him out of this group because of his bedside manner and respect he shows to the nurses and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone needing a GI MD.

Dr. Heine represents the last of the doctors who take the time to listen and care for the patient, thank you !

Dr H. is probably one of the most compassionate MDs I have ever met, and he is excellent, maybe to much so. I arrived for my 11 am appt at 10:45, only to find he was running 6 patients behind. I have complex PTSD, and am currently withdrawing from certain medicines due to new federal insurance guidelines, and could not wait for several hours, so I asked to reschedule. This was 2/7/2019. Next available 4/25/2019. Otherwise go to ER.... Office staff could give better accompdation, not his fault.

I agree the phone system sucks. I seriously needed a doctor's note for medical clearance and the phone system says they open at 8:00. I called between 8:00 and 8:05 and 'still closed'. When I pressed 3 to talk to the message system, she told me they open at 9:00. Very frustrating. The doctors themselves are excellent but their phone system makes me beyond irritated

Took excellent care of my sister. Very compassionate.

One of the most genuine and caring doctors I’ve ever met. He goes out of his way to put you at ease and talk to you as long as it takes to answer all you’re questions and concerns.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heine! He is hands down one of the absolute BEST doctors I have ever been to. Great doctor

Dr. Heine is the best Doctor that I have. He is genuinely concerned about my total health and takes the time to assure my medical needs are addressed.

Dr. Heine is friendly but focused on pertinent information. His staff is fine and their new offices are so much nicer. I think I've done 3 colonoscopies with Dr. Heine and have not had a problem. ahortly after the procedure Baptist sends you his report, complete with pictures. Then you go back in tywoi weeks to discuss results with Dr. Heine in person.

Dr Heine cares very much about the health of his patients. He always listens to symptoms and tries to get to the root of the problem. I never feel rushed or as if my concerns are petty or stupid. I have had two colonoscopies under his care and both times I was back to normal immediately. I had no lingering pain or discomfort.

Their phone system basically sucks. You cannot get through to make an appointment and the last time I actually did get through the scheduler hung up on me when I couldn't tell her when the date of my last visit was. Finally had to drive to the office to make an appointment and then sat in the waiting room 45 minutes without even being called back. That would have most likely been another 20 or 3o minutes. Apparently they don't think the patients time is valuable.
