Dr. Kevin J Brewster

Secretary is extremely curt and rude. Dr. Brewster is great but you have to go through the nastiest front desk person Jen. I've complained about her and she's still rude. It's a shame she's the one you have to go through to get to Dr. Brewster.

Doctor and staff are always very responsive and caring towards patients. They are easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Over a $26 balance, during a family emergency and COVID 19 I was dismissed as a patient. Real caring of your office.

I have an absess on my gums. A dentist won't touch my teeth till it's gone. He won't even see me "his patient" to give me anti bioticss so I can go to a dentist and have the tooth removed. He obviously doesn't care about his patients.

I have seen Dr. Kevin Brewster for years. He is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Brewster was my dad’s doctor. He and his staff were always kind and caring. He always took time to explain things to us. Probably the most important thing he did was to lead Dad to Christ a week before he passed...I don’t know many doctors who would have the courage to do so in today’s society.

I have an abscess on my gums by a tooth with a cavity in it. Dentist won't see me till it's gone. Brewster says to go to a dentist cause he isn't qualified for a tooth infection. So he doesn't care if it pops and I die. Wont see me or call in an antibiotic. This guy doesn't care about his patients.

I scheduled for my second appoint and when I showed up the office was empty and no one contacted me to let me know the office was closed. When I call to reschedule, the receptionist now wants me to refill out all paperwork because of a problem on their end. And aside from the poor customer service, the doctor was very curt.

I called to get an urgent appointment because I am very sick and the receptionist did not seem to care in the slightest. As a matter of fact, she seemed aggravated with me that I needed to be seen. She said the earliest appointment she could give me was 2 days away and it would ONLY be for 15 minutes. I have only been to this doctor once before and I do not appreciate feeling unimportant as a patient. With that being said, I am on the hunt for a new doctor. Dr Brewster is fantastic. His front desk is awful. Shes nasty to speak with and very short tempered. If he had a decent front desk person this office would be great until then i have to suffer through a nasty attitude just to see me doctor of at least 10 years.

Initially we were happy with this doctor. However recently our opinion has waned significantly. A poorly handled health issue with my mom has reveal a nasty truth about Dr. Brewster's staff; they have proven to be aloof and inept. This has led to delays in lab results, deliverying records and appropriate medical care. This has been an eye-opening and demiralizing expierience: now looking in a differebt direction. Dr. Brewster is wonderful! His staff is very caring in a no-nonsense kind of way. They do not sugarcoat anything and they tell it like it is. Other doctors I've been to, tried to cover up or soften the blow of a certain ailment or condition. I would rather know what it is so that I can start dealing with it. Dr. Brewster is extremely nice, but to have to deal with that nasty witch that answers the phone when you call and have questions is completely ridiculous. If he changes his receptionist or whoever it is that always answers the phone, I will gladly change my review. Until then, I am on the search for a new doctor.

Dr. Brewster himself seems to be a good guy. What I don’t appreciate getting calls from young kids with my test results who can’t answer my questions and the only answer they give me is I have to pay another $235 For a doctors visit to get my Questions answered of why I was sent for a test that I already had and didn’t need? Dr. Brewster has been my doctor for several years and I am completely satisfied with the care given as well as his bedside manner. I strongly recommend Dr.Brewster.

Dr. Brewster became my Dr. in 2011. I have been through Cancer and numerous other things. Dr. Brewster takes the time to discuss THUROUGHLY with you your issues. He is a pleasant man and very knowledgeable in his craft. I would recommend him to anyone and have. I will not have another Dr. until he retires.

hes been a dr not only to me, but several family members for years. hes always patient and takes time to listen to whats going on. for months he was the only person listen to me. i moved a few years ago and stopped going to him, but after spending 3 yrs trying to find another dr that could compare without any luck, ive recently gone back to him. hes worth the 2 hr trip (hr each way)
