Unprofessional staff. Could not find paperwork that had already been submitted, nor xray sent by previous dentist. Insisted on his own xray. Dr. Brafman was cordial enough but after exam, said the molar that had lost its crown was not salvageable and I would need to see an oral surgeon. Was given a list of recommended surgeons, none of whom had an opening for 4-6 weeks. I paid my bill which included $10 for PPE. Since I could not get an appt with any of the recommended surgeons, I made an appt with a board certified oral surgeon who was not on the list and asked Dr. Brafman's office to send the referral and xray to this office. Was told there would be a $20 charge for sending this to a surgeon not on the list. When I questioned the $10 PPE charge, I was told that everything is done according to office policy. I would suggest Dr. Brafman should institute some policies that are patient friendly and not just a running up of charges.

My husband and I had been going here since moving to the area. This past year everything went down hill with my Husbands teeth. After visiting for his cleaning and having xrays all the sudden he began to have issues. Went back to Dr. Brafman and all the sudden he had developed a absorption problem with his tooth. He was sent to a oral surgeon tooth had to be extracted. Follow up and cleaning and once again a week later another tooth breaks off also in back another tooth lost. Third time back a third tooth breaks off and a crown that was placed previously By Dr Brafman falls off. This is too much of coincidence after every visit here he now has lost a tooth and needs two new crowns plus a third replaced. Now I receive a bill in the mail for payment on tooth repair that crown just fell off of. Stay far away from this practice if you want to keep your teeth. Has turned into a get them in an out to make money. Also a constant turnover of staff.
