Had two kidney stone episodes, went to Dr Barlog twice. First time was okay even though his associate/resident wanted me to go through multiple follow ups and unnecessary tests. Second time, Doctor saw two stones prior to surgery but only retrieved one. Didn't get any real apology. Second surgery was more challenging (due to location of stone) and I have experienced male issues since then. Despite asking multiple times, I could never know the nature of the stones and get any dietary recommendation

Be advised that in my humble opinion, if you want to find a better doctor in his field you will require a spaceship and a good deal of luck.

Dr barlog is the best urologist I have ever seen. I have total trust in him. He is knowledgeable,compassionate,easy to talk to,and spends time list ening to patient concerns. He explains things well,and will do procedures when he sees necessary,unlike other urologists who seem too cut happy.he recognizes when immediate intervention is necessary,and considerate of patient comfort/discomfort issues.

Exceptionally competent and professional, compassionate and takes time to listen and address concerns. Quality office setting, convenient location, great staff.
