Professional through and through.

Met a number of times with Dr. Donegan about possible knee replacement surgery. Have tried other avenues for this problem, but surgery appears to be the best solution. I had an appointment with him today and we have begun the pre-op process. Have always been more than pleased with Dr. Donegan and his staff.

I was a new patient with severe knee pain. The staff from the front desk, to intake, to x-rays, to the doctor were all very professional, polite, and personable! My pain was diagnosed and was treated. I am happy to say, I am walking without the severe pain which will only get better, I am told, and I am trusting. Thank you Dr Donegan and staff. I was nervous about this appointment because my problem was definitely in uncharted waters. The staff checking me in answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Once getting to the exam room the X-Ray Tech took excellent care of me and before I knew it, Dr. Donegan was introducing himself and quickly putting me at ease by truly listening to me. When I left that afternoon I felt like Dr. Donegan helped me to understand my problem and made a good plan to make things better for me. Wonderful experience! Registered on line so all the paperwork was done when we got there. Processed us quickly when we arrived. Only waited a few minutes to be called in to see the Dr-X-rays and plan within another few minutes. Checked out quickly and headed home!! Well organized and friendly staff!! Very professional.

From the first diagnosis, as a second opinion, I was very impressed with Dr. Donegan. He became my number one choice for a surgeon to fix my rotator cuff that needed major repair. I felt like a person, not a number. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly not only to me but to my husband before and after the surgery. And not only was Dr. Donegan my super surgeon, everyone from the staff to the PAs to my physical therapist there in the same building as well as the surgical center are also kind and helpful and everything was better than expected. Friendly and helpful staff. Normally the waiting time is minimal.

Dr. Donegan is pleasant, knowledgeable, very thorough and friendly throughout his examination!

Dr. Donegan and his nurse Amanda took great care of my 13 YO during the treatment of his humerus fracture. I highly recommend Dr. Donegan and his office staff.

Very professional. Thorough explanation of my condition. Treatment options explained, and treatment provided with immediate relief from pain.

Dr. Donegan is so warm and gentle. He also gave me some natural things to do for improvement (not just prescription). Highly recommend. He is very caring.

Great job by a friendly staff.

I am amazed at how quickly I am able to be seen here. My wait is remarkably short and the doctor’s staff is efficient and courteous. Dr. Donegan is kind and is in no way rushed. He is sincerely interested in your individual need. I would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing! I was there at 8:30am for an 11:15am appt because I was called into work on the graveyard shift the night before and didn't want to go all the way home only to come back. I figured if I couldn't be seen early I would just nap in the car until called. I explained my situation to the super friendly lady checking me in and was told she wasn't sure if I could get in early but would try. I walked back to the car and settled in for a long nap when the phone rang and they were ready for me! I was immediately put in a room and told there were a few ahead of me. I figured I'd be there for a long time. Within 5 minutes Ben was there, did my appointment, chatted with me, made sure I was doing good, answered all of my questions and I was home in bed and asleep before my my original 11:15 time even rolled around! Truly grateful for this practice. To make things even BETTER my surgery last October was such a success that I forget I even had surgery! These people know what they are doing all the way from the first appointment last August to my final one today. We are moving down to the Austin area soon but if I ever had to have surgery like this again we would drive up and do it here. Thank you so much for being the BEST!!! Amazing!
