Dr. Kent Talmage Lewis

I have been a patient of dr Lewis for at least 10 years. I always liked that I could call the office and speak to them directly. Dr Lewis was Hatfield medical. They have now become village medical. If you need a appointment or referral or any other needs you have to go thru a office in Houston texas . I have called a minimum of 5 times in as many days trying to get a simple referral to a specialist. I have been told each and every time that the referral is faxed. I got to my specialist appointment today and no referral! I have waited for 2 months for this appointment! I do not know where the incompetence is! The main office of village medical or dr Lewis office! There is another doctor in the same building complex as Lewis. They are still a local mesa family office! I am leaving village medical and going to a dr office where I can call and speak with them. Village medical I’m sure was a boost to dr Lewis wallet however it will run his long time patients away! No longer Hatfield medical. Now village medical out of Houston texas. Call center doesn’t care about your issues! Incompetence at its best! Find a local doctor who has only local offices!
